Random Days And Blurry Nights

I feel like everytime I post, I apologize for the lack of updates but I’ve been really busy with a pinch of lazy. Sorry, not sorry haha.

Anyways, about a year ago I was asked by my employer, Volcom, to go on a photoshoot in LA for the Holiday 16 catalog. I was told to shoot product flats (lot more difficult on location then you would think) and get ‘behind the scenes’ content as well. It was my first time on a shoot so I had no clue what to do. The season is just wrapping up now so I figured I’d share a few of the photos I shot since they probably wouldn’t be used anywhere else.

Our good friend Lannie turned 30 as well last weekend and Collin Provost was kind enough to invite all of us heathens over to party/trash his house. Some epic bands played including Riley Hawks band Petyr, Uniform (who I missed) and Grim Rythm who absolutely killed it for their first stateside gig, not to mention they’re some awesome mates as well. Lots of homies showed up and shit got pretty wild there for a minute. Happy Birthday Lannie, let do that again soon!

Jake turned 30 and in celebration we all went out to Hippie Hole on the Colorado River to fish, drink, jump off a bridge, float down the river and whip each other around on a jetski while towing a surfboard. In conclusion we partied and killed a lot of brain cells! Happy Birthday Jake!

been really bad at updating this... i've been away almost every weekend for the past 2 months and my lightroom stopped working so i haven't got around to editing anything. went to mexico last weekend and shot a roll of film. here are a couple frames i took to finish off the roll.
