#today it was the raft of '93. Back 1993 this patient had pain on his impacted 3rd (#32) Molar that went away and came back in 2004. Once again the pain went away and came back this week. With General Anesthesia Sedation this patient was pleasantly sleeping while #32 along with #31 was extracted. Although a tooth is complete bony impacted there is still a change for decay to reach the tooth. 💡💡#oralsurgery #sedationdentistry #omfsurgery #tuesday

In this patient, the coronoid process was removed and the zygomatic arch fracture was reduced to fee the obstruction of the mandible
