Getting Back in Shape: Day 1

Day 1:  CORE + HIIT : 

- Warm Up on treadmill or bike until starting to sweat

- Abdominal Pendulum to failure x 2 - A*

- Leg raises to failure x 2 - A*

- Back extensions or dead lifts 8-10 reps x 2 

- Side plank each side to failure x 2 

- Hanging leg raises to failure x 2 - A*

- Back extensions or dead lifts 8-10 reps x 2 

HIIT:

Treadmill: 90 secs easy, 30 secs sprint x 6
