The princess only came to the human world to get away from her suffocating duties as the queen to be. Though, sometimes it proved to be entertaining. She was just bitter -- everyone was having so much fun but her. Maybe she was even a little jealous. Girls were bitches, didn't you know?

                              Just gonna answer is with her earliest memory. Nixie wasn't some lame human, huff. "Mother singing me lullabies when I was having trouble sleeping." But that was when she was younger. Now, they barely even spoke. It was quite sad, actually.
