bans  ability  to  steal  powers  are  essentially  null  against  soul  reapers  and  arrancar  ,  or  anyone  who’s  powers  originate  from  a  zanpakuto .  in  order  to  obtain  those  powers  ,  ban  would  need  the  blood  of  the  zanpakuto  spirit  itself .  otherwise  ,  at  most  he  could  steal  a  flash  step  and  thats  about  it  really .
