I know I made it a joke a few posts ago, but I actually am really proud/excited about Tommy Flanagan playing characters that don’t somehow have the Glasgow smile written into their backstory. Like of course it’s still there, but he just gets to be a human who happens to coincidentally have a scar that wasn’t his defining moment.
