I want to be a Wolfstar shipper. I really do. They’re my two favorite characters and it would make sense to ship them. But all the fanfic I’ve read is just…really poorly executed and makes me cringe. 

So please, someone recommend a Remus/Sirius fic that will give me no choice but to want them to be together forever. PLEASE.

Do you know why there are no good fics?

Becuase their character do not amount to a relationship. You have to change thier characters to the point it makes you cringe. Mr Silent but strong becomes submissive little lap dog. And the ever confident, cocky, adventourous Black becomes this wimpy little Rem I love you hand holding little girl.

Also, you have to ignore the reckless side of sirius Black including that part that sold Remus down the river for a prank on Snape. I LOVE watching wolfstar shippers trying to explain how Sirius doing the most utterly selfish thing you could possibly do that could ahve ruined remus' entire life is actually him showing love.

You would not do that to someone you love.

To make it work, thier characters have to change, hence why it will always be cringey and bad and just plain awful. There's so many better ships out there for those two people. Find them. Stop suffering through the lovey dovey out of character crap people do for those two wonderful characters.

And you see far too much bad where there’s good, well at least when it comes to yourself that is. I’ll make you believe the truthfully great things about you if it’s the last thing I do. My boundaries? I, well, when it comes to you I don’t think I have any boundaries. That means I have evidence that Marlene isn’t allergic to textbooks like she tried to claim back in third year.

Well, I see good in you, if that helps. Well, that might be dangerous when it comes to distracting you as you do my assignments. Dangerous and terrifying, but certainly fun. For the hitting me with books thing, I wish she'd be allergic, but for the homework of mine she steal, I know she is not. Perhaps we should starve her of homework steal? Sirius too.

I'm surprisingly okay with that in regard to myself, as long as you're the reason.

That’s not what I see. I see a guy with a strong nose,nice thick hair and he might be tall, but lanky isn’t a word I would use to describe him any more. Not to forget his kind eyes and smile. I personally like your genes. A question of boundaries? That could be dangerous to ask. I’m hesitant to say this without sounding mean, but the sight of Marlene with textbook in hand is a rather rare one. I don’t blame you.

We’re going to have to work on that. I can’t have have you letting me be the reason to breaking your spotless record.

You see far too much good in the bad Mare. I might agree the lanky thing has gone slightly with age, but that's about all you'll get out of me. As for kind eyes, I can't even compete with yours, so I won't try. Now I'm tempted to ask... So consider this me asking. Rare, unless you're Remus Lupin. Then textbooks come from everywhere and she magically can hold more than two.

Hmm, I don’t know, I think your Lupin genes have graced you with more that just possible good eyesight. That depends on how you distract me… and as long as you remember it would be your assignments that suffer. Well, that makes sense. I did see Marlene throw books at you last year.

Absolutley not. I have a long nose, awful hair which never seems to stay as I wish it to, both thanks to dad, and a long lanky body thanks to my mother. These genes don't do any good. Outstanding grade assignments or the ability to distract you how I please... The question to ask is where my boundaries would lie? She did. My fault. I still don't like the sight of her with a textbook in hand. Makes the brusies ache.

Never. My assignments might argue otherwise. Everything else agrees with me.

I think you need to get your eyes checked, I’m far from beautiful or worth watching instead of doing homework. Besides, you don’t want me doing your assignments, I struggle on the best of days to come out with decent marks and knowing I have your attention wouldn’t help me to focus. I look forward to trying to figure your other weaknesses then… or getting them out of Sirius. Either way.

Eye's are better than the average blokes I assure you. It's the only upside of the um... Lupin gene. Well, do I get to distract you how I see fit whilst you do my assignments? Because in that case, I very much wish for you to do them. Well, I sort of look forward to it, and sort of don't. I can give you a hint on one of them. It's a girl. A blonde girl at that.

Unluckily for you, I'm fairly fond of chocolate, as you know, therefore doing something because it's healthy isn't high on my list.

I’m not sure what I can do about being a hindrance to you getting your homework done, but if it helps you have my permission to blame me to any of our professors. Well I can’t chance you being murdered by Sirius then. You’ll be our emergency consult if needed. I’m curious to how one would kill you with your weakness of chocolate or books though.

You can try not to look as beautiful as you are when in the common room. I feel that might be too difficult. Do my homework for me maybe? That way I free to watch you and will not fall behind. Of course, I mean watch you in the least creepy way possible. Happy to help. Well, he could hit me book I suppose, starve me of chocolate, and then, there's more than that, but I'm afraid you have to discover them on your own.

Library Rendezvous - Remry

Her grin increased when he found his way around to her side of the shelves. Unfortunately, the voice of a third person reached them before either had a chance to say or do something. In hindsight, heavy books crashing to the floor probably wasn’t the best idea of Mary’s to stay silent and out of Madam Pince’s earshot. She opened her mouth, ready to call out an apology to the librarian, but Remus’ warm hand around hers caused the words to stall in her mouth. It was when she felt him tug her away from their spot that she realized his idea was better.

She cast a glance back down the way he had pulled her, partly because she was concerned Madam Pince would try to find the source of the noise, partly because she felt a little guilty she hadn’t put the books she had dropped back in their proper places. A quiet laugh breathed out of her as she turned her attention back to Remus. In the lower lighting of the library, surrounded by books, she thought he looked completely at ease. It was as if he simply delighted at being in arms reach of reading material, because there was no way she could be the cause of such a wondrous expression on his face.

She remembered his earlier comment. “Books are your only weakness?” she murmured the question as if hesitant to break the encompassing silence of the library. She caught sight of his book bag, and an impish grin lifted the corners of her eyes and lips. Brazenly she stepped a little closer to Remus, resting one hand on his arm momentarily while her other hand quickly and smoothly slipped into an outer pocket of his knapsack, the pocket Mary knew he usually stashed an extra chocolate bar in. “Cause I thought chocolate was your big weakness?” she grinned pulling back to waved his unopened Honeydukes bar mischievously in front of him. Some day soon, she really needed to buy a whole box full of Honeyduke’s bars to make up for all the times she had used chocolate as an excuse to get closer to him.

There was that smile on her face, he thought, as he glanced back mid run to check she was okay. There was the smile that made everything in the world seem wonderful, and what a delight it was that he was causing that smile on her. Then however, it all seemed to stop. The fun of the situation was sucked away with the realisation that she was here in front of him, and expecting so much, and so was he.

His eyes moved across her face, taking in everything that there, his fingers twitching by his sides, as they longed to run over her cheek. He raised an eyebrow at her question, the smile still present on his face, though it was softer now that they were in such close quarters. His eyes didn’t even move to follow her hand, even though he had no idea where it was leading. He didn’t know if he was happy she’d stolen his chocolate, or disappointed that that was all she’d done, but as like never before, he didn’t find his words getting cauhgt in his chest. This time he knew what to say, and for the first time it was witty, and almost daring.

“I have more than one weakness,” he muttered, his eyes still not leaving her face. Maybe it was the relief of saying it aloud, but suddenly, his twitching fingertips felt like they could move, like they could accomplish their goal. So, he let, and he gently, and somehow not shakily despite how nervous he felt, lifted his hands to let his fingertips brush over her cheek, and just as a moment presented himself, he couldn’t do it. Instead, he whipped the chocolate bar from her hand, and held it up with a grin, his insides groaning in disappointment. “But don’t think I’m that easy to trick,” he added, hating himself. He undid the chocolate bar, and looked up, freezing before he was going to take a bite. “I thought I was here to be punished,” he said casually, just wanting to kiss her like he had done before, and closing his eyes briefly to squash the rising hatred for not doing it.
