i love how wemmbu is finally trying to end the cycle, or at least halt it, if just for a moment. after so long just living within something that seemed (and maybe still is) impossible to change.

i also love lettuce being left with only his book from before all this. the spark of his aspirations that died today, even though he lives on. he’s right; it is cruel, in a way.
