Sächsilßßte, burning the Snowmen
Traditional Zurich Spring festival with a parade of guilds representing corporations and cities around Zurich Canton. After the parade, A giant snowmen in burned in the middle of the place Bellevue. A quick explosion of the snowmen is the promise of a sunny summer. 2018 with 20 was not so quick but since then we can enjoy a very sunny spring in Switzerland.
Lisbon
Very nice destination, no wonder why it is becoming more and more popular touristic city.
If you are not afraid of walking up and down you will be able to enjoy the hidden narrow streets. Going from palace to museum and passing by alternative cities make Lisbon a very interesting city to visit.
Midseason is probably the best time to visit, the weather is sunny with a refreshing breath from the Atlantic that keeps you cool when you walk up dan down the streets.
Warsaw
At the end of this winter 2018, I went to visit Warsaw. This period has the advantage to see the city with snow but without the extra cold temperature (it wasnât hot either).
warsaw is a pretty large city with bazaars, cafes, newly reconstruct old town and palaces.
It worth the visit, around summer, may be a better period, though.

Wieliczka Salt Mine
Wieliczka salt mine is a very interesting place to visit near Krakow. It is an important part of the development of Poland. Very well preserved salt sculptures and surprisingly large underground rooms.
Krakow
This September (2017), I went for the first time in Krakow. Krakow is nice to discover using your foot. It is a well conserved historical city. The day and night face of the city is very different. During the day it is a quiet museum and every night it becomes an open nightclub. This contrast makes Krakow a very interesting city to visit.
Chicago Summer season
This is my second time coming to Chicago. Last time I came was in February, I have to say that the end of Summer is a much better time than winter to visit this windy city on the lake Michigane. Chicago has a beatiful architecture and has great parks on the lake front and open river side trail to walk and bike around.
Chicago Jazz Festival
This year I had the chance to attend the Chicago Jazz Festival. It is a free festival at the end of August beginning of September in the Millennium Park. This is a great time to go out and listen to Jazz while eating on the grass with your relative. Youngs and elders came together to enjoy the music, food and magnificent view of the Millenium Park.
