do you think psychoanalysis is usually effective and a way to understand and make ammends where necessary or a waste of time digging into the past when the time can be spent having new experiences that open your eyes to things that could also potentially help u work thru trauma
just i think not supressing every feeling in order to intellectualize them and rationalize them and instead letting them come naturally and living through impulse can sometimes be good
were not robots . . even though you can absolutely argue that we can be broken down to codes and processes whatever and not be wrong . . its also kinda wrong
