hey quick question @lucasfilm and @kathleenkennedy when are you gonna cut the bullshit surrounding your “commitment to diversity” when you’ve had so far nine projects (rebels, ep vii, rogue one, ep viii, solo, ep ix, untitled trilogy, untitled movies, untitled live action tv series) and they have all been given to white men? dave filoni, jj abrams, gareth edwards, rian johnson, lord and miller / ron howard, colin trevorrow / jj abrams, rian johnson, david benioff & d.b. weiss, and now jon favreau. when are you gonna cut the act when you don’t give an ounce of opportunities to women or people of color? when you say that you need to hire a woman who has “experience” with cgi / bigger films, despite giving the realms to rian johnson to not only a saga film but also an entire trilogy, despite the fact that he had only made indie films prior to that? no, seriously, when are you gonna cut the bullshit lmao i’m exhaustedÂ
