Allah sayang papa, Allah rindu papa. meskipun papa punya semangat besar untuk sehat. new chapter. new step. for my future as a pharmacist
jadiiiii....
Nanya gimana cara buat isi blog nya, kenapa blognya gini, kenapa blognya gitu. Sedangkan aku sibuk mikirin blog aku mau diisi apa. Agak nyesel sih.. soalnya dari dulu niatnya buat bikin studyblr trus juga ingin memuat videonya. Tapi belum sempet ajah. Kuliah farmasi tuh padet banget. Gak senyantai dulu pas kuliah teknik informatika.. Soon yahhhh guyss. Insya allah di semester 3 studyblr nya bisa aku share. Karena dengan bangganya nilai aku tuh rata2 80 keatas. Kecuali anatomi fisiologi manusia yang zonk dapat nilai 55,75..
Set your priorities straight. As you’ve entered school, you know that your academics are basically one of your priorities, aside from your personal health. You are a student, after all. You should know that you should be making time for all the school work you’re supposed to be dealing with. If you’re having trouble with this, I suggest you write your priorities down, and rank them according to which one weighs the most. This will make you feel much more headstrong and goal-oriented.
Use schedulers and planners. You’re human and it’s okay to forget things. Get digital with apps and programs or get traditional with notebooks and planners. Involve your planning with a combination of both. This really helps especially if you’ve created a system for remembering things more efficiently, eg. color-coding, bullet journaling, weekly overviews, having legends, etc., which leads us to the next point:
Schedule in advance. Complete the difficult tasks, the easy tasks, the medium tasks. Do what you can. Set deadlines for yourself. If you’re fully aware that three weeks from now, you’ll have 3 exams in a day, start studying as early as possible. If you have to attend to an event and have an exam the day after, bring any study material with you. Do homework the day they’re given to you, especially if they’re fairly easy. If they need some research or data collection, make it a point that you do it after class or on the nearest weekend. Break the habit of doing something because a classmate has already started doing his/hers. Instead, do it for the motivation that you’ve set for yourself.
Prevent causes of distraction. There are only 24 hours in a day, and a fraction of which we use for fulfilling our basic necessities. Utilize the remaining time for productivity. Delete social media apps if you have to, or turn off your internet. Better yet, turn off your phone and exchange phones with your roommate or your friend. Keep it. Forget about it for a moment. You can always leave your feed but it will never leave you. You can always return to it after you’ve done your work.
Multi-task! I can never stress the importance of learning multi-tasking enough. Whenever I’m in a long meeting, I usually bring my laptop to review notes or write a paper. Of course, it would seem rude to some so it’s better if you would give them a heads-up. If I’m in a class I find easy and if the professor allows us to study or drift off, I usually study for other classes that I need more attention in. While I take showers, I discuss the exam material from my memory out loud. If you have to wait in line for some errand, bring a book. Sometimes while doing my night care routine, I would listen to audio recordings of my professor. Some of these examples may come off as rude or off-putting, I know. But that’s just me. You can always find other safer situations where you could practice multi-tasking.
Now, not tomorrow. If you happen to finish a scheduled task and got a little free time, it gives you all the reason to do some of the things you have scheduled for other days. If you can do it now without any constraint, why would you choose to do it later?
Ask for help. If a friend’s not too busy, don’t be afraid to ask for a little help! You can ask them favors of proofreading your essay. You can ask them about the notes that you didn’t take down of. You can ask them about how this certain professor’s exam types. The possibilities are endless. Just know the right people and places. Don’t dwell too much on tiny details. If you have misunderstood a certain topic, ask your roommate, ask the person next door. Go to the nearest library. Check the internet for answers. You can consult your teacher or professor. Don’t be afraid to ask for a little assistance. No man is an island.
You have all the time on your hands. If you believe that you can do it, and if you really want to do it, you will. Taking up other commitments and responsibilities is never a problem, as long as you know you can handle them without sacrificing another. You are always allowed to say no. If you have as many organizations as me, remember that work should never get in the way of your priorities. Just keep in mind that everyone has their certain limits, and you do too.
If all else fails, CLUTCH IT!! I’m not joking, I’ve done this multiple times. I came out alive but I have to admit that not all of my crammed output had the best marks (although some of them did!). If you don’t want to be in this heart-racing situation, then be as diligent as possible with your work! Make it a habit.
Always remember that these tips may or may not help anyone the same as it did with me, but I’m glad that I have this opportunity to get this out there. Find your rhythm. I know it takes time, but don’t stress yourself too much because all of your efforts will be successful. Some efforts may just be rewarded in ways that you didn’t plan to, while some just lead you nearer to your dreams. Just keep doing you, and you’ll get through this.
I believe in you.
REBLOG IF YOU'RE A STUDYBLR/ BUJO ACCOUNT
My dash is dead since i follow only like 50 people :/ Reblog if you post or reblog notes, bujo layouts, etc I’ll follow you as soon as possible. I’m planning on following a LOT of new blogs! And don’t forget to follow me since i’m lonely and need friends :p
hey!! so my school counselor gave a lecture last week about study planning and i took notes from some nice tips!!
after-school studying is essential. you don’t have to see a topic on the same day you learnt it, but every subject should be seen at least once a week.
be aware of your goal and set your schedule based on it. for example, i try to study and average of 30 weekly hours, which is something around 5 daily hours, but in general this is way too much. don’t unnecessarily overload yourself.
alternate between subjects. for example don’t do a “math day”, try studying math and then history or biology etc.
push it to the limit. always aspire more than the minimum, everyday push yourself a little longer until you find out how long can you take. to be humble and recognize how much is too much is very important to keep a routine.
rest. some people need 8 hours of sleep daily, others need 6 hours or less. either way, sleep enough to feel well on the next morning. also, plan your schedule with time to rest and some “blank spaces” where you add rest time or revising something you didn’t quite get.
your schedule is a guide not a handcuff. change it if you need to, weekly preferably. ask for your teachers or counselor opinion. the subjects difficulty may vary during the year so as the time dedicated to it.
hopefully this will be as useful yo you guys as it was to me! feel free to ask any questions, my ask box is always open.
26 Reminders for Going to School Like a Badass
1. Your attitude dictates your experience, so start finding things to get psyched about.
2. Stock up on healthy snacks in your house!!! You’ll be glad you did when the study-munchies roll around (and they always do).
3. Invest in a good planner. Especially if you take part in multiple extra-curriculars, I can’t stress how helpful it is having a place to check back on deadlines and big events.
4. Write down all your teachers’ names and emails as soon as you get them, so you’re not searching for them when you’re absent.
5. No one is having as much fun as their snapchat story makes it seem.
6. Don’t believe what your peers tell you about tests they take before you, study how much YOU need to.
7. Be nice to your math teacher. Partial credit on math problems might save your grade.
8. Don’t throw out syllabuses/first day handouts!!!! Theres a good chance they have information on the late policy and a gazillion other helpful things.
9. In fact, try to hold on to as many papers as you can for when finals inevitably attack.
10. No one knows you wore those jeans yesterday.
11. Be conscious of how you smell. Don’t be B.O. kid, but also try not to suffocate your lab partner with the scent of artificial fruit/flowers.
12. That cookie in the cafeteria is probably not worth 95 cents. Pack snacks from home to resist overpriced school treats.
13. If you’re carrying around a travel mug of coffee, people will usually leave you alone.
14. Don’t spend more time planning your study schedule than actually studying. Just get your books out and do it.
15. Never underestimate the amount of motivation you can get from watching Legally Blonde (movie or musical).
16. Try to attend at least one school sporting event per season, even if thats not really your scene. Some teachers even offer extra credit for going to big games!
17. Don’t be that kid that asks the teacher when you’re getting your tests back. They have like a gazillion to grade. You’ll get them when they’re done.
18. Have a pump-up playlist for the ride to school and the walk to your first class. Nothing feels more badass than walking through crowded hallways while listening to Halsey’s “New Americana”.
19. Set up a back-up study zone for when you need a change of pace.
20. Don’t put off creative projects because you think they’ll be less time consuming. There’s nothing worse than glitter gluing a scale model of the U.S. Senate at 3 AM because you thought it would be quick and easy.
21. That extra 10 minutes of sleep is not worth the risk of oversleeping completely. Get up, splash your face with some cold water, and get this show on the road.
22. Find a school inspiration, whether it be a really hardworking friend or a studyblr you follow. Check their progress whenever you need motivation.
23. If someone only ever talks to you when they need to copy the homework, they’re using. Don’t indulge them.
24. Doing your own work is so SO important. Plagiarism can destroy careers.
25. Creative outlets can be so refreshing, like a diary, a private tumblr, a sketchbook, whatever floats your boat.
26. When all else fails, remember how lucky you are to be getting an education. School isn’t a punishment, its an opportunity for you to create a kick-ass foundation for the rest of your life.

things i wish i’d known in my first year of university
I’m reaching the end of my time at university and it’s got me all sentimental. and regretful. There are a number of things that I had learned during my time at university that I wish I’d known during first year.
Read everything. The only valid excuse for not reading everything on the reading list is that you didn’t have time, not that you found it boring, or that it wasn’t useful. Because there’s nothing scarier than trying to write an essay on something you studied a month ago, and you have no notes on the topic.
Revise constantly. I wish I’d revisited everything I did a week after I did it, just as a recap. I tended to focus on what I was doing in the moment because it felt the most important thing at the time. Well, during exams, everything is equal. And it’s so frustrating not quite being able to remember something. So, revise. Even just for ten minutes.
Don’t spend all of your money on impulse. I’ve bought so much rubbish that I really don’t need. And if I’d saved that money, I could have gone on holiday. Save every last penny you can.
Eat well. I just said that you should save all the money you can, but I think that food is one exception to that rule. Try and save money where you can, obviously, but don’t go for days and days without fresh vegetables because you’re saving money for a holiday. Your mind, as well as your body, needs food.
Go and talk to professors in their student hours. I used to find this so awkward. To be honest, I still do. But if you’re going sending them an email and asking for clarification on a topic, consider maybe popping into their office when it’s open to students. And tell them if you’re struggling! If you don’t let them know, then they can’t help you.
Take hot drinks with you, to your lectures or to the library. Don’t spend all your money in the library cafe. Bring a flask of tea, and loads of study snacks in a packed lunch box. Trust me on this.
Make time to meet up with friends you haven’t seen in ages. Don’t wait for them to ask you. I make sure to socialise with my friends at least twice a week. And by socialise, I don’t mean getting blind drunk and going clubbing. Sit down and have lunch together. Chat. Get to know each other properly. Friendships formed over alcohol never last as long as friendships formed through actual conversation.
Do stuff that the university puts on for students. Join societies. Get involved. One of the best nights I ever had at university was a masquerade ball that my college put on. And for some reason, I’ve never done anything like that since then? And I don’t understand why! University is for making memories, and I don’t really have many!
Travel around your university town. If you’re university is on a campus, don’t let your life revolve around that one place. If you’ve travelled away from home to go to university, then make it worth your while! See the sights, be a tourist, get on a bus and go to a random town and buy ice cream.
Experiment. This is the time. Dye your hair blue, join a weird and random society and take up a hobby you’d never dreamed of. If you want to try drugs, make sure it’s a safe environment and do your research before hand. If you don’t want to do that kind of thing, then don’t judge other people for doing so.
Give yourself a day off per week. When you’re at university and you’ve got loads of work, it’s tempting to just work constantly - or at least, to work every day, if not all the time. But it’s so much better for your mental state to take a day off to just relax.
Keep up with your chores. When you’re stressed about an assignment, you don’t want to be also stressed about that pile of washing up accumulating by the sink. Keep your room tidy too - clear space, clear mind.
Be kind to everyone. You’re going to meet a lot of people at university, some you’re going to hit it off with immediately. But there will be some who really rub you up the wrong way. Don’t worry about it, it’s completely fine to not like someone. But don’t be mean to them. This isn’t high school, you’re all here to learn and there’s just no need to make them feel bad about themselves. It’s just petty and childish.
Think about the future. I know that you’re completely wrapped up in your university life right now, but you’re going to have to venture out into the real world at some point. Do things that might help your future career: volunteer, get a job, join a sports club, make connections. University isn’t, sadly, forever.
There you have it! The advice that I would have given myself in the first year of university. Whether you’re just about to start university, or whether you’re just about to leave, I hope this is useful to you.
Happy mother day moom, I am sorry for not being a good daughter for you. Sorry, because Until I had married I can't make you happy. I am sorry because until now you must to worry about me. You always be the one and only my Muse in my life. I hope that I can make you be a happier mommy in the world and make you proud to have me as your daughter. I LOVE YOU,MOM. #motherday#mymom#iloveyou#mybeautifulangel.
