In Super Mario Sunshine, the skybox of the Blooper Surfing race track in Ricco Harbor appears to be pure darkness. However, this is just the black ceiling of the room covering the real skybox, which can be seen in-game by simply positioning Mario next to a wall and going into first-person view.
