I just woke up in the hospital, and she was gone. I’m so sorry that happened to you. I failed her at every turn. I spent every day working, trying to keep her alive, and it wasn’t enough. Then I found Reverie. Our 10th anniversary was coming up, and we’d always talked about coming back to this place, but we never got a chance. I could finally give her the dream weekend I always wanted. I’ll forget for a minute or two that it’s not really her, that it’s just a re-creation, but then something will happen that will remind me. I’m just-, this is just never gonna go away, is it? No. But it’ll get better. How would you know?
