Currently, in the story, he works at the portal forcibly, he sleeps in a little room outside the mansion and is treated only as a worker. Ford, after Will's case, became very protective of the Twins over Fiddle, even though Fiddle would never even think of laying a finger on them.
About Will's case, a little complicated, Fiddleford still thought he was Ford's friend at the time, a good work partner who helped him. Will was suspicious, thinking he was just a maid strangely intimate with Ford, he suspected everything about Will, both by his appearance and the way he acted, he certainly wasn't human, even at that time Will took a less supernatural form. He even thought for a moment that Will might be a succubus, and being a religious man and a scientist, he decided to try to help Ford with the possible demon in his house.

And so he met Stanley. Their relationship is quiteโฆ confusing, since Fiddleford had to lose everything, he used his free time to go out, Ford hated the fact that he was left unsupervised, so he made Stanley keep an eye on him, letting Fiddleford stay in the tent. They slowly began to enjoy each other's company, Stanley because he was so lonely and Fiddleford because he had lost everything, found a safe companion in them.
Fiddleford starts to develop feelings for Stanley but is afraid to tell him or give him a chance because of Stanley's prejudice, but eventually they come to understand. Especially after Normaggedon, they became a healthy couple.
