FUN FACT OF UPPER BODY STREGNTH: To get perfect upper body stregnth you HAVE to work your arms first. With out strong developed arms some movements in day to day life and also the gym can be tricky...or tedious. It all started for me as a kid at 15yo. My mom got me my first set of weights that I...have to this day lol....But I would curl a lot of dumbbells and just straight bar curl my arms to death. Thought I was the truth when I got tiny notches lmao😁😁😁 BUT I kept it going...shoulder presses, wrist curls, push ups for days till I would kick my own ass....then I would pull the bar while bent over to do back rows...then pull ups. Sooooo my followers and people who aspire...what did YOU just learn???
