âalbus!â scorpius called out to his buddy. it was nice to see a familiar face, one that wasnât in the wrong timezone. theyâd met in school, he and rose were friends and it led to him meeting albus. it had been slightly odd at first, being a malfoy and a potter. but they didnât want to carry on their fathers silly rivalry, the past should stay firmly locked in the past. and heâd made a really good friend out of albus, had grown close to him. theyâd both been put into houses that didnât necessarily give into their namesakes. scorpius didnât think thereâd ever been a malfoy in slytherin, yet here he was. âwhat are you doing here? merlin itâs nice to see a familiar face!â  @recklcssabandonâ
it was a shock, a real shock. of course heâd seen pictures of his father younger, had been so interested in his life before heâd become his dad, but he hadnât envisioned ever actually getting to meet him. but there he was, clear as day and right in front of him. he didnât know how heâd ended up in this place, heâd figured it was some floo powder incident, but now it seemed like there was so much more to it. some sort of crazy magic had to have happened for him to be in the same timeframe as his father, who was the same age if not younger than him. âdad?â and then he realised that probably wasnât the best way to get his attention if draco hadnât even had him yet. âdraco malfoy? iâm scorpius...iâm your son.â because heâd never really learned the art of subtley or breaking it gently. @recklcssabandonâ
blair liked conversations that had a bit of substance to them, someone who knew how to give her a bit of back and forth. she got bored too quickly, if she wasnât challenged fast enough. anyone who knew her would tell you that. of course, she loved people who did whatever she said do, but she wasnât friends with them, and she didnât accept them. they were simply her minions. like the man who was sitting before her now, she found him peculiar, and somehow knew there was something he was hiding that she didnât know about. âplease tell me thatâs not what youâre wearing.â she actually considered grindelwald to be a friend, but one she could argue with. âi canât believe you stepped out of the house looking like that.âÂ
Was that [DOMINIC SHERWOOD]? Oh no no, that was just [SCORPIUS MALFOY], a/an [CANON CHARACTER] from [HARRY POTTER]. They are [TWENTY-THREE] years old and [ARE] aware that they are not actually from Washington DC. Too bad they canât stray from this city for long.Â
how long has your character been here?
scorpius has just arrived here, so thereâs going to be a lot of confusion on his part as to how or why heâs here. and why so many people he knows are here.
what is your character's job
scorpius has only just arrived so he doesnât yet have a job, but eventually he is going to find himself a job on the police force
where has your character been pulled from in their fandom
he has graduated from hogwarts and was working towards becoming an investigator in the DMLE
has any magic affected your character

scorpius is the definition of âlooks like he would kill you, is a cinnamon roll.â for the longest time heâs been trying to get out of the dark cast the malfoy name has left him. he doesnât think of himself as a bad person, he always tries to abide by the law and do whatâs right but it can get hard sometimes. especially when people take one long at him and think of his father or grandfather. but he wants to bring the malfoy name into a more positive light, to help for his children in the future to not have to feel like they either have to live up or shy away from whatever his name usually brings. he is brave, kind, ambitous, and gentle. he cares about others but is extremely protective of those who are important to him
Jorah had been through too much to lose any time or sleep worrying about what she thought of him. He pushed his hair from his eyes, and scanned the street in front of them. Watching the people for a moment before returning his attention back to her. âItâs alright think I am tall enough and strong enough to get out of it. Thanks for the shovel though.â His eyebrow raised slightly. âI am pretty sure I wonât debate next time. Iâve been in enough debates to last me a life time.â Though he did try to stay out of them, only vocally expressing himself around Daenerys or when it came to her safety but usually he stood in the corner and watched. He was a fighter not a talker. âDebates are not my forte any how. So youâre welcome to the victory.â He attempted to try the coffee again but it still wasnât a pleasant taste and he placed the mug down. It wasnât like what she was saying was dangerous towards anyone anyway so it wasnât worth it. âThe name is Jorah Mormont by the way. Nice to meet you. I think.â A very slight smile tugged on the corner of his lips but was gone pretty quickly.
blair looked him over and scoffed. âiâve seen taller and stronger.â she hadnât but she didnât need to admit that. there was nothing wrong with bursting the bubble of someoneâs ego, even just a little bit. not that she could really talk with the size of her ego. âif i start up an argument, i guarantee you wonât be able to resist arguing back with me. and iâd like to just remind you that if you disagree with this statement, then youâre already once again debating with me.â she smirked a little at the revelation, she liked to feel like she was outsmarting people. âthank you, i accept the victory graciously.â she laughed a little and held out her hand for him to shake. âblair waldorf, and i agree, it is an absolute pleasure to meet me.âÂ
âPeople have always been fascinating to me, so I figured why not study them?â Eloise shrugged. She had been so wrapped up in the college experience that she hadnât really considered what would happen once she had graduated. âOh, uh, I donât know, really. Maybe try and travel a bit? Thereâs so much of the world I long to see.â And if she ever got the opportunity she would start off by following the route of the Grand Tour that her brothers had done before her. âMaybe write? The possibilities are endless. but Iâll find one.â Eloise nodded resolutely. She still had time. âThe fashion industry? You must meet some interesting people, though, regardless of the work you have to do.â
âpeople are really fascinating, i agree. itâs so interesting to see how many personality types there are out there.â he agreed, there was nothing that beat people watching. âwhere do you think youâd go first? iâd love to see some carribean islands.â he liked how excited she seemed about the world and the future, it was great to see. âyou can do whatever you want to do, i firmly believe that. nothing is off limits.â he nodded his head. âi have. and if i have one word of advice, never meet your idols. itâs always disappointing.âÂ
rang was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt and here her out to the end, but he slowly but surely lost interest in the lecture that he was suddenly being given. âitâs a surprise to me that thereâs someone out there that apparently matters, you sound like the type to care about no one but yourself.â he breaks eye contact to look at their surroundings and then back at her again, his head tilted in curiosity. âis that why youâre standing here and trying to prove me wrong?â
she laughed a little and shrugged her shoulders. âi have friends, people that i care about and are worthy of my time. iâm also aware of higher ups. like bribing the college admissions at an ivy league. iâm not so prideful that it makes me stupid, thatâs how you lose.â she rolled her eyes at me. âno. iâm standing here because youâre in my way. you really donât mean a single thing to me, and come tomorrow, iâm never going to think about you again.âÂ
Gellert Grindelwald was sitting on a bench when the man talked. He smirked, thinking of his many talents. He was of course a wizard, but didnât mind telling muggles. He decided not to tell this particular muggle, if he was a muggle of course. âAhhhh, I have many talents. Iâm quite good in a duel. Never been beaten.â He brags.
alexander raised his eyebrows. heâd been involved in a duel or two in his life. of course he wasnât yet aware of the duel at the end of his life. but it was always interesting. not something heâd recommend to his kids, but heâd always like to tread the line of danger. âiâm very good in a duel too, thatâs stated by the fact that iâm still alive though iâd say.âÂ
â â â âtennis, i suppose,â ryuzaki answers after a hum, teeth clicking against the edge of his index fingerâs nail. âwhat do you do for funâ is occasionally a complicated question if he applies too much thinking to the concept. tennis is something he plays because he is good at it, and because it keeps him athletic when he seldom moves for other purposes, less for the pure enjoyment of the sport, yet - itâs the closest answer he can give. âit relies quite a bit on innate athletic ability, but i can teach you the different types of swings - fundamentals and whatnot.â a flat gaze turns to study the otherâs face. âwould you be interested?â
âtennis? iâve never actually heard of it.â heâd missed out on it by 66 years. it was after his time. âbut iâd like to give it a go. it sounds fun. i like anything athletic usually.â it came from being in the army. training for all those long hours had made him crave the need to be active. âyeah, what do i have to do in this tennis?âÂ
(¸.⢠â â the brunette took a sip from her coffee, she honestly was trying to just stay awake because she had a very rough night, the nightmares were just there and she didnât understand why so right now she decided to go out and try to just distract herself. she turned around when she heard someone speaking. âit always depends on the person.â the woman commented her gaze now on him. âi mean, for example, i do like to pain a bitâŚâ that usually helps a lot when she was bored. âor listen to music or just go out with friends, nothing too much.â
he raised an eyebrow at that. âi've never gotten into painting but i know people who are good at it. it doesnât satisfy my mind enough though. itâs not enough doing if you get what i mean.â he always had to be using his mind, to be thinking hard, his next idea needing writing down. âi uh donât really have a lot of friends around here. theyâre all where i came from.â some were here, but they didnât remember him. âwhat sort of music do you listen to?â he knew enough about this life to know it was different to the music he was used to.
although steven had made himself a perfectly normal human life in washington â a job, a place to live, a budget â he still felt so lost. he couldnât help but think about how close he felt heâd come⌠how close to finding something that actually made him feel human⌠when a wrench was thrown into it all by the random waking-up-in-a-place-he-had-never-even-heard-of. so how joyous it made him, how pink he suddenly felt when a stranger asked him if he did anything for fun â any skills, something to be taught. he did know what he did for fun. with a bright smile, he asked the other, â do you play any instruments ? â
alexander all of a sudden felt strangely reminiscent of john. it might be seeing another manâs cheeks pinken when he spoke to them. it wasnât an unwelcome feeling. âi actually donât. iâd love to learn to. my son plays piano and is amazing at it, but iâve always been to busy to learn myself. what do you play?âÂ
rang had tried his best to ignore the stranger at first as he assumed that he wasnât talking to him. as it turns out, he was wrong, and his head would slowly turn so that he would glance at the other, a brow raising at him at the mention of doing something fun. it wasnât like it was a weird question, but it was weird that the other would trust a complete stranger to have a decent sense of what fun was in the first place. âsomething to teach youâŚâ he repeats the words under his breath and then settles for a shrug. âi drink for fun, but i donât think thatâs something that most people need to be taught.â
he laughed a little at that, he wasnât a stranger to that at all. he and his buddies used to meet up at the tavern all the time. a few pints of sam adams and they were sorted. he couldnât count the amount of times eliza had to nurse his headache the next morning. âwell iâm already good at that. but if you ever wanna get a pint, iâm more than happy to.âÂ
(¸.⢠â â something about him was familiar but she prefers just to put that aside, eliza really wanted to just be social and hang out more so when alexander called her, she decided to accept. the woman also gave her a small hug as greeting. âof course.â she says with a small smile, now looking at him. âitâs good to see you too. oh, itâs alright, we can order together, letâs see what they have.â there are tons of things here, so maybe she could try something new.
if there was anyone in the world he wanted to remember him, it was eliza. although it could be seen as a second chance. a chance for them to fall in love all over again, to do it right. he nodded his head and looked over at the menu on the board. âdo you know whatâs good here? the most iâve ever had is just a black coffee. iâm kinda new to this coffee game.â he laughed. âbut how have you been since we last spoke?âÂ
at the mention of his name, angelica paused again, that same tugging in her chest as when sheâd first saw him a few steps away. something about his face and his mannerisms and his eyes, they all felt too close somehow. âi - have we met before?â she finally asked in confusion, raising one of her brows. the closest thing she could describe was deja vu, but it was far too clear to be that. âyou seem⌠familiar, but i meet so many people on a day to day basis itâs hard to keep track of them all,â angelica explained, knowing sheâd had a bad habit of being forgetful sometimes. still, she smiled, letting out a laugh. âthough my instincts are telling me that itâs hard to confuse you with someone else, alexander.âÂ
what was alexander meant to say to that? theyâd met before, many times, but in a different lifetime. they were close, far closer than they should be. she was his dearest, angelica. heâd toed the line of what was acceptable far too many times with her. but he couldnât seem to just drop it, as much as he should. âif weâd have met before, youâd remember me. iâm impressionable.â it wasnât so much of a lie. she had forgotten him, but he had a feeling that she wouldnât again. âbut it does feel like weâve known each other forever doesnât it? perhaps another lifetime? i believe weâd have met at some sort of ball, iâd have crossed the room to you first, i just know it.â
(¸.⢠â â âyeah but it could happen.â sometimes it does happen to her. she heard about those movies because of this year and all, her year was the eighties so yeah maybe she had a bit different tastes there. âthat sounds cool, i might give them a chance eventually.â she commented with a small smile. âone of my favorites is the breakfast club, to me itâs just a classic.â she does love that movie so much. âmy to go song itâs i wanna dance with somebody, itâs a very catchy song. how about you?â
âyeah i guess so?â it was just so hard to explain. âtheyâre really good. you should come round for a movie night sometime, we can choose a movie each to share with each other.â he suggested, he liked making new friends. âi love the breakfast club! that really is a true classic! and who can resist bender?â he smiled brightly. âwhitney was a hits genius, my go to is teenage dream by katy perry.âÂ
That was a shock to Ennis. Because normally he constantly had to explain himself and the way he was as a person. And that truly was a shame. Ennis was a quiet, reserved man who picked his battles. He could get rather heated but that was when he felt like people stepped on his toes for shits and giggles. âGrowing up is overrated anywaysâ he muttered and then took one of the cupcakes.Â
he smiled at the other man and nodded his head. âi completely agree.â he laughed. âbut i swear itâs absolutely fine.â he sat back and sighed a little. âi gotta say, iâm honestly quite grateful for the company too. not so fun sitting out in the park on your own.âÂ
