Hi!!
Again, have to thank everybody for their kind feedback thus far! Even though I can't respond to it all, it's meant a lot to me ;-;
I have a short announcement to make regarding updates!
I've been a little at odds with my artwork as of late, so rather than forcing myself to make unsatisfactory pages, I'm just going to focus on getting back in touch with a drawing method that I'm pleased with.
This doesn't mean I'll be on hiatus - far from it. :>
I'll be working on other art in the meantime. I've had a backlog of unfinished [splatoon] sketches that I've been wanting to bring to fruition, so what better time than now <3
Still sorry regarding the comic updates - I'm going to bring it back as soon as possible.
And again, thank you so much for your patience and kindness. I lost my creative spark years ago, and it's been difficult getting back in touch with it, as well as the desire to share my work. But I'm not giving up. <3

wasabi-beats and splatdash were my two Splatoon blogs, and a little all over the place in terms of... eeeverything. there are links masquerading as attempts to help guide viewers around, but I'm not sure they're exactly all that helpful given the general spontaneity I tended to operate under

Will comics such as 'unseen friendship' still be canon even though they are a collab?
a very good question!
That one is a hair tricky, since not all characters represented in Unseen Friendship are mine, and I'd like express consent from my co-artist before using anything from the collaboration in my own projects. However, the events of said comic (theoretically) have such a small margin of impact on Rewind's story, and speaking personally, I'd be fine with allowing it to remain canon.
With that said, it remains to be seen what role it will play, if any. Just gonna have to wait! >uo

(I know that in the games Agent 3 is technically older, but I'd always written Sheep as being about a year behind his peers aha <'3)
