Ludwig smiled, happy that his father decided to go with him. The koopaling headed toward his room, which was very organized. A shelf filled with books related to music and some other arts related topics. He enjoyed reading books aswell in his free time.
There was a grand piano at a side of the room, closer to his bed. Lots of partitures on it aswell as many papers on the trash can he had on a side. He seemed to have been busy the previous days, working on his new masterpiece.
Upon entering the room, Ludwig offered Bowser a seat closer to the piano and he then approached to sat on his chair next to the musical instrument. Soon, the koopa started playing a beautiful song. Kinda nostalgic or melancholic. “This isn’t mine. I just have been playing it a lot too…” he said while playing it.
After finishing it, he then started playing his own composition. It sounded as good as the previous melody. It was filled calm and relaxing. It reflected the kind of music Ludwig was aiming to create lately. Enjoyable to the ears of anyone who would listen.
Very organized to say the least. Compared to his sibilings’ rooms, Ludwig’s always put the others’ in second place when it comes to tidyness.
The king sat calmly on the chair, hands closed one on another as he looked around for a moment, almost a little embarassed, even.
Scratch his previous thought. Ludwig’s room managed to be even more organized than his own.
He got himself comfortable, resting his head on one of his arms as he let the younger Koopa play his tunes.
Once again - Bowser wasn’t one for calm melodies, or for music in general, even. He didn’t find it a waste of time, far from it, but never really found the appeal in it.
But once the last key was pressed, he couldn’t say he didn’t enjoy that symphony. Ludwig was indeed the best musician of the Kingdom, and totally deserved a big applause as soon as he finished.
“That was beautiful, Ludwig! It’s as great as ever!”
