A video was released of a cop in Missouri named Timothy Runnels. Do not watch the video if you do not want to see some sick shit. This event deserves so much more attention that it has received.

This teen from Missouri was pulled over, at which point he began filming the incident, asking the officer, “Am I being arrested?” In turn, the police officer tazed him, at the heart, for nearly 23 seconds, before dragging his body on the ground, in which he suffered cardiac arrest and became unconscious, then the police officer slams his face on the curb. The teen is alive, but suffers brain damage.

Local authorities did not do anything to punish him, however on the federal level he is being sentenced to 4 years in federal prison (with possibility of parole, so he might get out even sooner.) Let’s not let this slide, okay? Four years for ruining this teen’s life?
