she's sitting on the floor of the hideout , small electrical and metal parts strewn all around her . she huffs as she lets herself fall backwards until she's laying on the floor , staring up at the ceiling above her . clearly , replicating the modified nintendo glove was turning out to be a lot harder than she'd expected . she really thought she'd gotten it that time , but the smoking glove on the ground in front of her said otherwise . " that thing is annoying , " she mumbled , turning her head to look at the man as he hovered over her . " i'm on the verge of throwing that thing into a fire made from the rest of these spare parts . "

i'm still just thinking about little milagro sitting in her dad's shop, learning about everything and anything she can think of to ask questions about. and milagro watching rudy tinker with stuff in the basement, and learning how to invent things. her combining both skills, but struggling to find an application for those skills.

but then milagro sees the bug, and she just. part of her wants to open it up to see how it works. she wants to make things like THAT.
