The-World-of-Spirits (https://the-world-of-spirits.deviantart.com/) A Little Info on Death Spirits: Death Spirits have two main forms. One, is the one on the left. It is a blobby and almost liquid form. It ussualy however, has a basic shape. Such as Rain's. The other form is their "preferred form". Which is usually an animal that symbolizes death. Rain's is a bear cub. Which is not in the list of animals Death Spirits can be, and is an uncommon trait. (So don't draw with a similar form unless you have specific or special permission.) ~~~~ TRAITS: NOTE: Death Spirits can have any "body" type. Height limits are in the traits. COMMON: ● Death Spirits no taller than 6 feet ● Rounded "head" shapes ● Rounded "mouth" shapes ● Square or sounded square "mouth" shape ● Circular, oval, and rounded "eye" shapes COMMON Preferred Forms: (Their masks change shape with their forms. Their forms are the average size of their preferred form) ○ Black Cats ○ Black Dogs ○ Crows ○ Bats UNCOMMON: ● Rounded rectangular or square masks. ● Pointed "mouth" shapes ● Triangular "eye" shapes ● Fangs UNCOMMON Preferred Forms: ○ Wolves ○ Ravens ○ Vultures ○ Buzzards RARE: ● Square "eye" shapes ● Death Spirits no taller than 9 feet ● Small horns, no more than 3 inches ● The occurrence of twins (can only be used if you have TWO MYO Slots) RARE Preferred Forms: ○ Panthers ○ Owls ○ Jackles ○ Black Bears LEGENDARY: ● Heart, Diamond, Star, Hexagon, Octagon, etc "eye" shapes ● DeathSpirits taller than 12 feet (max of 30 feet) ● Horns larger than 4 inches LEGENDARY Preferred Forms: ○ More than one preferred form ○ A form with more than one head (Ex. Cerberus) ○ Other animals not listed (Ask) SPECIAL LEGENDARY Preferred Forms: (Only obtained through adopts or paid customs) ○ Mythical creatures ~~~~ SPECIES INFORMATION: * Death Spirits are based on creatures related to the afterlife and death. (Bats, Black Dogs, Black Cats, etc.) They are called Death Spirits because they are the concept of Death itself and feed off Death energy. Mostly only if it is present. * Their appearance may vary, however, it is most commonly recognized by their black form and whitish to pale yellow mask. * Like Wind Spirits, their form is not quite solid and is basically composed of shadows. Their physical form is much like a thick liquid that can be touched. Your hands mostly go through it and can grasp it much like heavy water. But it is not wet. However, they can thicken their form to make their body more like the consistency of flesh, so you can't go through them. They also come in many shapes and sizes and can even be incredibly different from one another. *Their mask that acts as their face is somewhat a part of them. It is like their Core and can come in different shapes and sizes as well as have many different patterns. The "eyes" on their masks are always somewhat oval or circular. Rarely are they other shapes. *While all Spirits can shapeshift, Death Spirits have a preferred form. This is the form they use almost as often as their own. However, it is limited to certain animals, animals mostly related to Death. They also CAN have arms. But mostly don't. They often only shape arms for use or convenience. Or only if they need them. Otherwise, they use their preferred form. *Death Spirits are mostly solitary creatures. They prefer to live alone than in the company of others. They don't live amongst "family" because Death Spirits are not born by any mean similar to other Spirits. They are often created by Chaos out of the "soul" of a Spirit who has happened to pass on. Chaos will sometimes take the Core of lost and long gone Spirits and create a mask based on their life. the first Death Spirits were made from lost souls of the First Humans.
