There are a lot of place in this world that give breathtaking because of the beauty and amazing nature. Traveling is a way gain experience and give us a new memories, and to appreciate the amazing mother nature, and its can give us an inspiration to our life. There are many hidden places here in the Philippines that can give you a peace of mind. In the small town of carmen Davao del Norte has a hidden place that brings a refreshing and relaxation and they called Uma sa Taba that can enjoy their environment.

Uma sa Taba is perfect for family bonding and friends activities , and the entrance here is FREE. It means we can enjoy our day without spending too much.

Anyone can visit the Uma sa Taba and bond with their family and friends only for day tour. And to enjoy your stay just rent a cottage , there cottages rent is depend on their size. For umbrella kubo hunt cost 200pesos per day, driftwood hunt cost 500pesos per day and the kubo hunt w/ kitchen that can fit for a family cost only 1,000 per day. These place here have also theie rules to followed, that will help to maintained the good and organize of the environment. We need to trash our garbage in proper place, not picking a flower and also return the fishing rods after use. You can also experience their Fishing and cook it by youself, they can also cook your catch. But when there’s no catch they have also available food to cook as long as just pay it per kilo.

It also perfect for pictorial and enjoy the boat ride for only 50 pesos. You will never regret if you take there. Me and my friends really enjoy the place and their activities. I hope I will come back to this place with my family and relatives. I want them to experience the environment and enjoy the activity here in Uma sa Taba..

HISTORICAL SIGHTS AT D’JAPANESE TUNNEL IN DAVAO!

If you’d like to go back in time to take a look at Davao’s recent and somehow turbulent history, a visit to D’ Japanese Tunnel Family Resort and Restaurant is a must. The tunnel has elicited much interest among locals and visitors becoming a reminder of the conflict that influenced the history of the country. The Japanese Tunnel is now one of Davao's most popular tourist attractions. 

D' Japanese Tunnel is located in Hillcrest Subdivision, Matina Balusong, Davao City, along the South Diversion Road. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to get from downtown Davao. The resort is easy to spot: a concrete inscription with the resort's name is built on a steep slope near the hotel rooms. Any city tour operators have the tunnel in their itineraries. Guests will now take a guided tour of the tunnel for a very low entry fee of P50 (approximately $1.25). Two life-sized statues of Japanese soldiers stand watch at the tunnel's end, seemingly welcoming travelers into their den. Within the cave, there are even more statues of these soldiers and women dressed in traditional Japanese kimonos. 

This Japanese tunnel in Matina Balusong is only one of many that have been found in the hilly areas of southern Davao. Due to the city's rapid growth over the last few decades, these tunnels have either been filled in or neglected. Fortunately, the D'Japanese Tunnel Family Resort and Restaurant has been preserved to provide any tourist with a snapshot of the city's vibrant, but terrifying, history.

THE BEAUTY OF DAHILAYAN ADVENTURE PARK!

Our one-day trip to Dahilayan Forest and Adventure Park was our family's first fruitful adventure! Yes, you read that correctly! Owing to scheduling problems and some financial considerations, this one-day adventure trip needed a lengthy preparation process. Nonetheless, we succeeded!

Having a huge number of heads in a family is a joyous possession that everyone should have, which is why everybody must come along with the aforementioned one-day adventure trip in the most welcoming way imaginable. So, in our case, we leased a van that can easily seat 14 to 15 people. Even though the van was going, we were able to take some selfies along the way. We had a good time singing along to the soundtrack and cracking jokes with each other. And because we were singing and laughing too loudly inside the van. So, before anything else, we can still remember to take some memorable family pictures in front of their inviting entrance signage. Horseback riding is accessible at the entry gate. The lumads who live near the Dahilayan Adventure Park own and run the aforementioned small company. They were very welcoming and polite. Despite the fact that we did not carry any DSLR cameras with us, we were able to catch the scenic view of the Dahilayan Adventure Park using an expensive cell phone. Nonetheless, we all love the beautiful paradise with the whole gang! There are a variety of events available in the park. And one of them is their most common zip line drives, which come in a variety of types and lengths. If you're too scared to try their longest zip line, you can always try the tandem zip line with your favorite pal, which is a shorter distance.

As we enjoyed the scenery and looked up, I was grateful for locations like Dahilayan. Where nature and humans coexist in a jubilantly rewarding way!

CAMIGUIN ITINERARY 

The freezing breeze that swept as I stood on our hotel's balcony was a pleasant surprise. Despite the fact that the sky was clear and the sun was creeping closer to the horizon, the weather remained pleasant in the shadows of Mt. Hibok-hibok, Camiguin's most prominent landmark. Camiguin is Mindanao's smallest province and the Philippines' second smallest. But don't be fooled by its size. Camiguin, also known as the "Island Born of Fire," is home to seven volcanoes, including Mount Vulcan and Mount Hibok-hibok. Volcanic activity has constantly influenced and reshaped the terrain, providing this island paradise with a plethora of natural attractions. These agitated volcanoes also contribute to the shaping and development of the province's history. Camiguin has been subjected to numerous destructive rumblings from its volcanoes, which have changed the way its residents live. Despite its turbulent history, the island remains enchanting and fascinating, especially with attractions such as the Sunken Cemetery and the Old Catarman Church Ruins.

BOHOL AESTHETICS!

In the blink of an eye, the Philippines' white sand beaches, limestone formations, and pristine islands have quickly been a sensation with many foreigners. However, many people are unaware that the nation is something more than the sea and light. Aside from our beautiful beaches and coastlines, we also have a diverse array of fauna, flora, culture, monuments, scenery, and aquatic life.

Bohol, a jewel of a spot in Visayas, is a fine example of this!

Bohol is the 10th largest island in the Philippines, and although it is not as well-known as Boracay or Palawan, it has incredible sights and dive spots that can quickly catch anyone's heart. And I consider myself lucky to have seen its splendor, but for a brief moment.

It was 2018 that I went there with my family to visit our relatives.  t was for just ten days, but we were able to do the following activities that already gave us a glimpse of the wonder that Bohol holds — which I hope you could see for yourself!

You may be wondering why they are called that even if it is green hills, and the reason is that during the dry season, between the months of December and May, the grass that covers these limestone hills dries up and becomes a browner colour. It would be difficult to bypass Bilar and Loboc's 2km "Man-Made" Mahogany Forest on your way to the Chocolate Hills, with its carpet of trees towering on both sides of the highway, standing tall, uniform, and lush. Apparently, this was part of a larger reforestation initiative launched in the 1990s in response to deforestation triggered by a slash-and-burn farming scheme known as kaingin in the Philippines. Speaking of this, the word "man-made" is a little misleading; however, you get the impression that the seeds were cultivated by humans, which is why such a term was finally adopted by people. Like the Chocolate Hills, I was ecstatic about the prospect of actually seeing the world-famous tarsier, who is said to be the world's smallest primate. They are only present in a few areas of Southeast Asia, one of which is here in the Philippines on the island of Bohol (yep, we're very fortunate to have them!).

If you're planning a summer vacation to the Philippines, it should be obvious that a trip to Bohol should be on your itinerary! You will not only get to experience more of the country's sea-and-sun combination, but you will also get to experience a number of other unique experiences and sights that are unique to this region.
