Ive been angling for a jonsa ending, or at least just an tease of it by the last episode. Alas, it appears that there was never any jonsa at all. Jon snow loved dany and was only forced to kill her. Any action/romantic notion he had towards sansa ended the moment he saw dany at dragonstone. One may even argue that jon snow played both dany and sansa. This jon snow deserved neither sansa or dany.

Jon’s POV was never hidden despite what many (including myself at one point) believed. What he said and did was exactly what he felt and wanted. He believed Dany was his queen, he bent to her for love, he turned a blind eye to her murder of his best friend’s family, her constant threats towards his sister, and even almost turned a blind eye to her mass murder. 

His POV was on full display the whole time many just refused to believe he actually believed what he said.

This is 1000% the truth! We couldn’t fathom that Jon would actually behave this way but unfortunately that was the sad reality the entire time and that makes his character all the more tragic.

The real winner in Game of Thrones is Bronn. Did nothing, got everything he wanted.

To be honest, im sure there will be a time jump from the ending .... which is shown by JS going north. So if Jon decides, after sometime, to go back to winterfell and he and sansa gets hitched, it will be more for trust and (some sort of) love rather than another survival strategy. That way they both get their desired ending - love peace and family. And i think that’s beautiful.
