Hello former mutual, I'm deathly afraid of supply chain failures affecting medicine next and I believe you had a homeopathic method for treating depression. Do you mind sharing? I really don't wanna go through withdrawal because I can't get zoloft.

I found a lot of success from taking a B-vitamin multi-compound (the brand and ingredients matter, Rainbow Light is one of the best out there), along with a curcumin supplement taken with black pepper every day. The Bs help with immediate mood management and energy, and the curcumin, when taken for at least 3-6 weeks, will start to act as an anti-inflammatory. The curcumin pulled me out of a really bad spot years ago. Some studies have shown it to be just as effective as Prozac in depression patients. Definitely worth looking into.
Also, you have to exercise. Get at least 15mins of sunshine each day, and exercise for at least 10mins a day until you can build up to longer sessions. Endorphins are PHENOMENAL for mood lifting and emotion management. In fact, a lengthy, vigorous workout can leave you feeling good for over 24 hours. Trust me, you need it.
