Silly Game Time: Coming up with a fitting name for an original character is one of the trickiest parts of character creation. Yet I think it's also one of the most fun challenges! So what do you think would be a good name for a character associated with earth (the element)?

This could be based on literally anything, including just vibes. But ideas could come from mythology (gods and spirits and heroes and monsters from different cultures). Or history (figures who famously studied or thought about or worked with geology, etc.). Or media (many different stories, games, and movies have characters, classes, and species who are connected with stone, caves, mountains, etc.). Or simple word association derivatives (for example, with "earth" you could get "seismology", which could yield Sei, Eismo, Ismolo, Smolog, etc.).

This is a failure of tumblr to overcome its biases. Omnidroid is easily the worst option on this list. I'd like to see it adapt to different physical parameters of the universe.

Ki from Dragon Ball, Chakra from Naruto, Devil Fruit/ Haki, Nen from Hunter x Hunter, Quirks from My Hero Academia or Curse energy/ techniques from Jujutsu Kaisen

Here are some rules you will be yourself and a human no matter what power system you pick.

If you pick Ki you are a human and your teacher is Master Roshi

if you pick Chakra you are not part of any special clan and your teacher will be either the Toad Sage Jiraiya or Lady Tsunade

If you pick Devil Fruit/ Haki your get a random devil fruit and your teacher is Dark King Rayleigh

If you pick Nen you aren’t part of the Kurta clan and your teacher is Biscuit

If you pick Quirks it will be random and your teacher will be Aizawa

If you pick Curse Energy you will not have the six eyes and your teacher is Gojo

A very thorough, deliberative question! Kudos to you! (A shame it's wasted on me, as I don't know the specifics of these series well enough to properly appreciate the degree of power-balancing that wenr into it.)

Probably Quirks, as those seem the most integratable into a more-or-less normal life in a more-or-less stable, modern society. The others (from what little I know of them) seem to mostly be hellscapes where the most powerful brutes run wild.

Not a bad choice you also get a good teacher from it as well. I would pick Ki since it is the most versatile will I be getting into fights? Probably not but I’ll be able to do instant transmission, fly and a few duplicates of myself which could help me do things or even manipulate the shape of ki that is helpful for me, and Master Roshi is a good teacher teacher even if he is a perv he was able to flight the flying nimbus which means he he was pure of heart and Roshi has also taught Krillin before (who is a human) and he was able to live a normal happy life) so he can train me also and it will improve my body and mind. Thanks for asking ^^
