Hey, I worked at a Boy Scout camp for five years. I must say, awesome blog! Ums, so my question is, have your camp staff experiences been anything like the movie Meatballs? I ask this because I saw the movie after my time at the camp and realized I ended up doing like half the stuff in the movie while I worked there.

Hey! thanks so much! I had actually never seen that movie so I watched it last night! Firstly I love all camp movies, wet hot american summer, camp takota, parent trap i connect to all of them. I felt like there were definitely parts of Meatballs that I connected with especially the connection between the staff, CIT's and campers. However as the only female who worked at my council camp there are other experiences that I can not relate to. I hope that answers your question and thanks for exposing me to a new movie!!
