Yeah that's the thing idk how to make a kinsona so uh that's why I need your help :<

You just make one? There's no wrong way to make a kinsona, you just draw whatever feels like you? Yknow?

Like if you feel more connected with a certain style of clothing or aesthetic, color, traits, just stick it in? Maybe you have something unique to you, like heterochromia or something, just add it in there too!

I promise you there is no wrong way to go about it

A kinsona is a personalized character (OC) or "persona" created by an individual based on a character they strongly relate to or "kin". The term blends "kin" (relating deeply to a character) and "sona" (from persona).

Fictionkinity is being a character or fictional species, aka your kintype or kin, and/or having memories (This identity is unchosen while also not a form of delusion), not relating to a character ❌

This is a very common misinformation, as I also was misinformed at one point as well until I got further research and corrected by Fictionkins/Otherkins of the correct termonologies*

*If you are relating to a character, that could be a sign you are Otherhearted! If the identity is voluntary (E.g. aesthetic, fun, coping, support, etc) that would fall under Otherlink! If the identity is still involuntary and caused by something else, such as a coping mechanism, there are sub-identities in Otherkinity such as Copingkin!

If it's not regarding your Fictionkinity, that's one thing, but it would make sense for you to make one yourself and then ask fanart, rather than someone else make a design

If it is in favor for your Fictionkinity, then it still doesn't make sense to me to make one when it's a personal representation of yourself

Either way, it defeats the point of a Kinsona for me personally

Isn't the whole point of making a kinsona is a personal representation of yourself? I feel like that defeats the whole point of a kinsona? I'm a little confused GULPS

(idk someone educate me, I don't make others kinsonas for a living, I just draw myself how I remember myself or whatever feels right and just call it a day </3)
