Hi, I was wondering what an Heir of Time would be able to do.
An Heir is one who is protected by their aspect, or one who subconsciously manipulates their aspect. Both Witches and Heirs have a wide control over their aspect, the main difference is Witches are much more aware of their aspect and consciously command it, while Heirs are more subconscious users. Take John as an example. While he grew to be able to use his Breath powers well, originally a lot of his success came through lucky mistakes. His first two times using The Windy Thing were accidents, and a lot of the effects, such as the wind keeping Jack off his trail, were not intentional. John is very successful in using his abilities, but rather than planning it out or consciously doing things such as Jade does, John mainly works through feel and luck. While part of this freedom comes from his Breath aspect, a lot of it is due to the fact Heirs use their powers more subconsciously.An Heir of Time could use time as a weapon, but much like John, it would mainly act for him, similar to protection. Rather than Dave or Aradia who consciously manipulate Time for their benefit, an Heir of Time would manage to just get to places in Time, or conveniently teleport to exactly the correct time, or slow down enemies just enough to avoid/defeat them. As the Heir becomes more adept in their powers, they could consciously choose what to use their powers for and directly attack with Time stopping and teleporting through timelines, but it would always be more of an act of instinct, rather than a carefully plotted course.
