Demands reassurance on what is right and wrong. If he missteps he will try to fix it immediately by punishing himself or going to be forgiven by the cult he's apart of, which usually includes punishment. Although depending on the wrongdoing, and the member he is confessing to, they may not give a repremand he thinks is enough. This usually breeds distrust in that member and makes him gravitate towards more extreme and abusive situations.
Questions and dwells on every action to decide if he was "good" that day. Although his perspective of good and bad is heavily tainted by the cult.
Follows a very structured and busy routine as a way to cope with violent and sexual intrusive thoughts. Trys to replaces intrusive thoughts with thoughts about work or other obsessions.
ABSOLUTELY HATES SURPRISE. Like genuine breakdown if you throw him a birthday party.

Sometimes I remember how transgender deltarune is and I evaporate
as someone who is technically "genderqueer" but doesn't actually care for lables, I really enjoy that characters just are themselves. Characters aren't defined by male female or other, they just are. And not in the way that gender is ignored. It's important to quite a few characters but they are more complex them that.
And bonus points to the fandom cuz I never see people being blatantly misogynistic. Just some favoritism towards male characters

Checking if her ink pot is fully closed.
Fears of new spells going wrong, obsessively checking each stroke to make sure it's right, and excessive training.
Constantly holding down sleeve to hide the ink mark
Replaying things in her mind to think about everything she did wrong and repremand her own mistakes.
Counting obsessions. Counting the pens on her desk, how many pages in her spell book, each step she it others take, ect. If the same number keeps showing up she gets really stressed.

I imagine the WHA universe has some kind of religion so I think Qifrey would constantly ask for "signs" or otherwise try to justify if he's doing the right thing.
Organizes obsessively. Has an order the coats must be in, makes sure the spices are aligned, shoes must be straight, ect. He doesn't ever tell the girls or Olruggio about this but they catch on and usually also do this.
Checks for signs that the brimed caps have tampered with anything, also puts things around to try and catch any tampering.

1: Lucia #4322687
She and he pronouns (often one set is used per sentence for ease of reading)
Lucia was raised primarily by her grandfather. Although Lucia lived with his mother for most of his life, they never talk. Lucia's grandfather is the leader of a cult that pedals a faith of body modification, ranging from enhancements like prosetics, limiters to the sinful (ex, clipping wings), or, in Lucia's case, a lobotomy. When Lucia tries to leave the cult her grandfather chases her down and attempts to lobotomise her, he thankfully fails his attempt, but she does lose her eye in this ordeal.
Nowadays, Lucia still keeps his happy go lucky attitude, rarely even taking about his time in the cult. Lucia also experiences hallucinations along with PTSD and depression.
2: Artyom #8568618
Less story here right now, but! Artyom is someone Lucia comes across while on the run. Artyom lives in a colder climate based on Russia. I imagine her keeping livestock or running a farm but I don't know how that works in cold climates.

3: Linghua #6040417
I will not have any finished references for this character. However! I'm leaving to this open to possibly get ideas for her design. If you want to give me ideas for her design then you can browse the following backstory and the Pinterest board linked in her profile!
Linghua is a trans woman fox Demi human based of the koren Kumiho, similar to kitsune. Linghua was a part of the same cult as Lucia but left much earlier then Lucia.
This is all pre transition story so she was outwardly male at this time.
Linghua thinks she can only ever use her hands to kill and in her younger years she was foretold (by a member of the cult) to die a slow death at the hands of who she loved most, so she refuses to get close to others for a long time. But, after a turbulent relationship of push and pull with an undecided individual she does get involved in a close relationship.
In a final attempt to drive away their affection during a fight she tells them what future had been fortold years back "You should know that I die a slow, awful death in your hands" dispite this they end up staying together and linghua slowly finds herself more comfortable in herself and her identity as a woman and finally starts to transition. Meaning that this "slow death" was of her past self and she's now reborn as herself!

A little more about the cult: Demi humans were created when the cult attempted to create enhanced humans. The Demi humans have traits enhanced by whatever animal they are mixed with (EX, Lucia is a goat so she has better balance on steep surfaces) and most demis have enhanced hearing which kinda secludes then from other humans and some modern tech.
