Day 95

The professor passed by, I tried to greet her but I don’t know how to comfort her. Different from her strong and kind presence before, she is so gloomy, saddened by the lost of her father. It’s been only few months since they move in the monastery, they always go on different mission, this is the only mission they go on together again.

Seeing your love ones being killed before your eyes will traumatized anyone. I am very sad on what happen on sir Jeralt, I cannot imagine the professors hearts going through right now. I hope there will be someone who can comfort her, because I can’t.

The professor passed by patrolling, I had nothing to report. I asked her if she knows about the Goddess Tower Legend, that in the last night of Ethereal Moon on the same night of the Monastery ball If a man and a woman goes to the tower and make a wish it will come true. As for me I don’t think there is anyone who is willing to go with me.

After I told her the legend she seems thinking about something, or some one? Too bad I know it wasn’t me. Why am I saddened by that thought? This is bad.

The professor and her student managed to find Flayn, they also found Monica, that young girl that everyone thought ran away from the monastery. I already told them that she did not pass in this gate! They assumed she used another method to escape, she is quite different from before, the professor said maybe she grateful for her second life.

I heard that the professor battled with the ‘Death Knight’, personification of death himself. I have nothing to report to her but I wanted to check if she is okay, she always say she is fine. Despite of bravery over flowing on her presence, the beauty of her glows more that ever, or it is just me? Indisputable eager to see her, maybe is just a sign of admiration from her valor.

Today I had report to the professor the appearance of the mysterious masked individual roaming around the monastery, Flayn’s disappearance shocked everyone, but I am sure she did not pass this gate! The professor looks very concern, I hope her kindness doesn’t go to far, with her brave personality I know she will always jump into a scene just to save people. I am very lucky today we talked longer than before! I will help to located Flayn so she do not have to encounter dangerous enemies.

I apologized to the professor, thanks to her the problem about the bandits is solved! I am not a great guard after all, I felt guilty for everything. The professor said she is glad to help and I shouldn’t blame myself. I saw some wounds around her shoulder, my heart felt more guilt. Her fragile body doesn’t belong to the battle field, if only I am more capable than guarding a gate she doesn’t need to suffer.

The professor always drops by to check the gate, she also often ask for directions. She admitted that she is not used to the Garreg Mach Monastery. I told her that there where a lot of place here she could visit like the fishing pond. She also said she likes fishing! She always have that enthusiastic aura. I wish she could be my friend.

Today they found out that captain Jerald is alive! And it turns out he have a daughter, she became a professor specially appointed by Lady Rhea herself! She must be really skilled. She happened to passed by today and the rumors are true about her, she is also very kind.
