Who do the writers think they're fooling, they expect us to believe that Tissaia's and Yennefer's relationship was a 'mother and daughter' one. What with Vilgefortz saying stuff like "oh me and her have some much in common like our rage and tempestuous and our need to win an argument and also our love for you". So they're saying that Tissaia fell for and got into bed with a man who has the same personality as her 'daughter'. Really? They expect us to believe that. If they wanted the two of them to pass off a mother and daughter relationship they shouldn't have thrown in that line. Let's all be honest Tissaia got with him because it was the closest thing she'd get to having Yennefer as a lover.

After Tissaia's death, Yennefer is unable to cope with her grief and does everything in her power to bring Tissaia back to life. by casting every spell she knew so that she would meet Tissaia again and ask Tissaia why she had decided to take her own life. because Tissaia's actions were selfish. Because the older witch had left everyone behind and made everyone suffer her death, and Yennefer was more angry with Tissaia than anything else. But the spell goes wrong and sends Yennefer to a place she doesn't know. And it was a place completely different from the place Yennefer had been.
Before that young witch was attacked by something so nimble that she couldn't keep up. Made Yennefer use her magic to fight the unknown. Eventually, the creature was defeated by the sorceress, where Yennefer pressed the creature against the snowy ground. As for the young witch's hand, she clenched the dagger tightly. And it was the same dagger that Tissaia used to kill herself. But before Yennefer could do any more. She was halted when she discovered that her attacker was a petite woman. Has yellow eyes and wavy blonde hair. But what caused the young witch to stop and widen her eyes was that the woman had the same appearance as Tissaia, no! She's definitely Tissaia.
I really wish someone wrote about Yennefer x Tanya.
