How long did it take for you to make the rose quartz wig?

I usually would leave myself a week and work on it a few hours a day. A Lot of waiting for layers to dry. It's a good project to alternate working on something else.

I'm sorry to bother you again, but I was wondering do you NEED the wafts? At could you do ok with out them? They arent quite in my budget??? Is it just a recommended thing or an important thing?

It depends on how thick you want the wig to be. The more hair to work with the more curls you can have.

Hi!! Im sure at this point your tired of hearing about your rose wig... But its really good!!! I cant find (or afford Arda's wigs(oof)) the wig base you used? So I was wondering how long are the wigs you use?? Amazing work BTW!!!!!!

thanks :) for the wig and both the wefts I got were 100 cm, I went and looked for the longest i could find since she has such big curls. Hope that helps.

rinwebcosplay How did you do the Rose Quartz's wig ??Could you explain me step by step?

My whole method to making the wig was based of this tutorial. https://arda-wigs.com/how-to-make-drill-curls/

And basically made a rows of drill curls layered together till the whole back of the wig is filled. Then a few in the front. The top three curls for the bump were the only curls I did a bit different. I layed them the opposite way and flipped them over so I could use that to make the bump and curl the ends so they fit in the the back layer. Last I doubled up the original bang so it is really poofy. That is a basic run threw of how I make the wigs. If you have any other questions let me know.-CD

I am glad you like them. For my base wig I bought a rose pink venus from arda(and alot of weft packs.). If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

I'm here abt ur Rose Quartz wig, of course. I was using yours as a base for what I wanted mine to look like, and I wanted to know what size wefts you used? I believe you said you used two packages, but I wasnt sure if they were long, short, or one of each. Also, did you choose the rose pink color for the wig and wefts? Thank you!

i use the long rose pink wefts. and to answer your other ask i do use the venus wig style for the wig.

I am glad that you liked my wig. I haven’t really found time to make one recently since my the time I tried to make one and my computer crashed. But hopefully in the future I can make one while I am working on a commission.

I have a silly question. Does the drill curls move alot when you wear it?

I glued most of the curls down so they would stay in place.

i believe i read somewhere that you were intending to do a RQ wig tutorial? i LOVE your wig, it's my favorite version i've seen so far and I want to cosplay rose next month. i was wondering if you still intended to make a tutorial, and if so, do you have any idea when it would be up? you looked amazing!

Any tips on masking up the smell of Got2B freeze spray?

I haven't use got 2 b for a long while so I don't have any tips for masking the smell. Sorry 😔
