Is instagram down in the Uk?

Someone help?? Everytime i go to open instagram it instantly crashes. It was fine earlier and has just started doing this. I do have an iphone 11 still, but it literally has never done this. I have deleted a bunch of stuff for storage, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Turned my phone on and off, and nothing changes. PLEASE HELP
