You could say that Mackenzie Abrams had one of the most average upbringings you could manage. He had an older twin brother, Artie, and two loving parents, who both just so happened to be Professors. Yes, life was pretty good for Kenzie, until he was about eight years old. He and his father got an unexpected call from the local hospital. His older brother and their mother had gotten into quite the accident on the way to they older twin’s dance class, and they weren’t sure that anyone was going to make it at that point. That was the day his whole life kind of changed big time.
Three months later and it seemed no one was dead, an extremely lucky thing considering the severity of the car wreck, however his older brother was wheelchair bound for what was probably forever.
When he turned fifteen, it was obvious to anyone that he was born to entertain. He played four instruments well and sang nearly everywhere he went along with putting on several comedic shows in the privacy of his own room. Without his parent’s approval, he’d gone ahead and applied to one of the most prestigious art schools in the country, along with his older brother, of course, as he wouldn’t have the courage to do so without him.
His parents found out the hard way, the day they were both notified they’d been transfer ed from their local high school. It was the beginning of Sophomore year and there was no way that Mackenize couldn’t say he was nervous as heck but also more excited than he’d ever been for school. Finally, something more exciting than Calculus would be a part of his day.
