Ultimate List of Hijack Headcanons:
Jack is way more scary and powerful than he appears. And operates under faerie/spirit logic that dumbass hiccup keeps breaking. Seriously, he practically already became Jack’s husband under faerie logic. (Jack definitely was warned by other supernatural beings not to romance a human and said I do things my own way. To be honest it came from concern because numerous times humans fumbled their supernatural spouse. Look at Selkie lore or Mermaid lore or the various versions of a animal/faerie wife.)
Jack runs cold for obvious reasons (Being the personification of Winter). But Hiccup runs warm because the amount of time he spends in the forge. And Jack will gladly be a heat sponge it’s one of the rare times he feels warm.
Jack and Hiccup both neurodivergent they were just born in eras where that wasn’t really understood. (Hiccup is autistic but his superstitious community they knew he was weird and different. While Colonial America just looked at Jack and sighed being so hyperactive. It’s the adhd)
Jack gets along with the twins way too much and the trio becomes menaces to the people of Berk. Though I imagine Jack likes to be the one teasing Hiccup most of the time. The friendly bullying is how this elf like man flirts.
Jack loves listening to Hiccup ramble. It’s actually one of the few ways for Jack to sit still and be mostly quiet. Hiccup is just happy that Jack is listening because he does know he rambles way too much about his hyperfixation on Dragons or Leatherworking. Or hell, knowing Hiccup probably even geeking out about rocks.
Hiccup fell first but Jack fell harder. Hiccup gets a humongous crush but Jack yearns about Hiccup when he realizes he has feelings. On similar lens, both can’t hide their expressions and everyone can clearly see they have romantic feelings for each other. Hiccup can’t lie to save himself and his emotions always show.
They really love flying together with usually Jack making it into a competition who can go faster or etc. Related, Jack also will fly aimlessly next to Toothless and Hiccup and talk. They equally lose hours of time because they get distracted by the conversation.
Jack pranks or annoys Hiccup as his form of flirting. It usually works because Hiccup did inherit a bit of Stoick temper and rises to the bait often. Related, Jack brings out the childish side of Hiccup as Hiccup rises to the bait and starts throwing snowballs back for revenge (Jack put snow under Hiccup shirt making him squeak embarrassingly)
Jack is VERY clingy because he is so touch starved and hasn’t had physical affection for 300 or so years. Hiccup won’t admit it but he is also a bit touch starved from being shunned for being different. And Jack’s attention makes him feel loved and cared for.
Jack really likes playing with Hiccup hair and even braids it (It reminds him of when he used to braid his sister hair back when he was alive). Hiccup is always shy about this because usually braiding another hair is for lovers or family in his culture.
Jack always wants to care for Hiccup when he’s sick or hurt. Hiccup meanwhile is used to it because he’s a Viking. Related, Jack will use his cold hands to ease some of the chronic pain hiccup feels in his stump.
Jack is sorta gay seeing Hiccup casually out drinking his friends (You know what two fics this one is referencing). Related, Hiccup showing Jack Frost holidays like Yule. And generally Jack having way too much fun when Berkians start to party. Definitely drags Hiccup to dance.
Toothless almost immediately choose Jack as his second person and literally works overtime as Hiccup wing man (Literally bumps one of the two so the other one would catch them in his arms). Related, Jack getting bodied by Toothless on the daily and giggling everytime it happens. Also Related, Jack bringing Toothless fish as a bribe to get advice from said dragon.
All the kids of Berk absolutely adore Jack and definitely will surround him to ask about what he saw on his travels. Hiccup is actually awkward with kids and thinks kids don’t like him but the kids actually do. Hiccup is just more well suited to understanding dragons over miniature humans.
Jack has a learned habit of watching people from his time being so isolated. And Jack does it often to just openly gaze at Hiccup. Hiccup gets flustered everytime especially because Jack doesn’t know shame. Hiccup mentions his staring problem and Jack will openly say it’s because his green eyes are pretty. And Hiccup almost dies from shyness.
Hiccup sees Jack in rags once and immediately becoming his personal tailor and making him clothes. Like this doesn’t show how much a catch he is. Related, Hiccup making Jack a hyper-fixation of his (which fair Jack broke his illusion of what’s reality and Hiccup now realizes supernatural beings exist and he has questions) so much he starts writing a book all about Jack which is primarily just drawings of Jack. Hiccup doesn’t even know he is pining.
Jack “blushes” by having hoarfrost appear on his cheeks. Meanwhile when Hiccup blushes his ears go red. Related, Jack adores hiccup freckles (according to folklore, freckles were attributed to those Sol Favored).
Jack has accidentally given Hiccup frostbite atleast once. Jack also used to not eat anything because he doesn’t need to eat but Hiccup starts feeding him (Jack soon learns he has a sweet tooth).
Jack is shorter than Hiccup I’m pretty sure. Jack being around 5’5 and Hiccup being around 6’1. Jack is always so shocked seeing how Hiccup is so buff under his layers. (Look at me and tell me the boy who is a Viking and fights and does aerodynamic tricks isn’t buff)
Jack will use Twinetender to pull Hiccup down for a kiss or sometimes out of danger. And Jack definitely hang on a tree branch with his legs letting him go upside down and got a kiss from Hiccup for his trouble.
Jack will try to bring up mistletoe during Yule to try and get a kiss from Hiccup and Hiccup is very concerned because mistletoe is what started ragnarok. Jack will also try to explain what Christmas is.

Jack Frost thinks he looks inhuman and creepy while everyone and their mother immediately see how ethereal and pretty he is. Hiccup has a whole conniption about this. Though to be fair, Hiccup on a good day thinks he’s average not realizing he is super attractive and his dorky side just makes him more attractive if anything. (Seriously how did he get so hot in his 20s????)
Jack has pointed ears because that character design in the fanon is peak. His eyes also glow menacing in the dark. Jack will fight Nightmares or the variety of bad dream causing creatures so Hiccup can sleep well. Hiccup getting blessed lowkey having the winter season love him because Jack does.
Jack has affectionately bitten Hiccup nose before. Jack has generally affectionately bitten Hiccup before. He is an annoying menace. Hiccup likes to rub Jack elfin ears in revenge. Hiccup is ticklish and Jack takes full advantage.
Hiccup is an awkward loser than can’t flirt to save his life but he usually isn’t that jealous. Meanwhile Jack is possessive especially with Hiccup being the first one to see him in centuries. Jack is friendly and a nice guy but like I said it’s scary like winter is. This to say he gets moody and temperamental half the time.
Jack half the time doesn’t control the snow and winter. Think of it reacting to his emotions. When happy he makes snowflakes by his hair, when angry or sad he makes snowstorms. He controls winter but it definitely reacts to his emotions like Toothless tail wags when he is happy.

Shoutout to Of The Northmost Winds and Skies: The Norse goddess of love, Freyja gets involved because of the amount of pining these two do. Related, Jack having beef with other Norse gods because he just would.
Jack Frost will purposely fall so Hiccup could catch him despite Hiccup not needing to. Related, Jack will sometimes sneak up on Hiccup to wrap his arms around his chest to fly together. Especially if he thinks Hiccup has been overworking himself.
Jack thinks that Hiccup has the cutest laugh and makes it his mission to make him laugh more. Even if that means making a fool of himself to get that result. (Hiccup laugh has him snorting and wheezing)
Jack starts cursing like Berkians after he lives there for a while. He starts saying “Odin’s beard” or “Oh my hel” or similar. Berk sorta adopts the all powerful Winter King. Berkians immediately realize he is wrapped around hiccup finger.

If Toothless adopted Jack as one of his humans. Then Hiccup befriends Baby Tooth and The Wind (Another thing from Jack Frost's Declassified Transdimensional Travel Guide to Love (and other Souvenirs)). Jack makes a joke that the Wind has a new favorite.
Toothless decided he was gonna eventually vet possible mate candidates for his human and he decided on Jack. Which is why as much he is over their pining gay messes he still acts as a wing man. Related, Toothless definitely bullied humans he didn’t like that were hitting on Hiccup. Hiccup was oblivious. He thought Toothless was having a tantrum. Toothless is very picky when it comes to who can date his human.
They probably got married on a Friday. It was considered a sacred day because of Frigga. And the celebration probably lasted a week. Hiccup had to break into his ancestor grave to steal a sword for the ceremony. Then probably he would take a bath in the bathhouse to symbolize becoming a full realized adult. Though, I imagine Berk would generally go all out ESSPECIALLY if they consider Jack a god or something similar.
Older Berkians are very concerned about their relationship. Not because it’s homosexual (I imagine Berk the norm is actually bisexual). But because of what Jack is. The people are very concerned that Hiccup is gonna fumble Jack and cause the whole village to be frozen over.
Hiccup is unironically the most attractive bachelor ever not only because of his looks but because he is way too good at making things. Like he probably would excel at courting. Making gifts. He would make their furniture with his bare hands when he realized Jack sorta moved in. Or making Jack jewelry, including eventually their wedding band.
Jack favorite pastime is staring at Hiccup while he is working on some project. Sometimes Hiccup uses him as labor. Most of the time, Jack just watches as Hiccup does his thing. Jack will get Hiccup attention if he decided Hiccup needs a break.
Hiccup really loves Jack eyes and likes seeing the snowflake in them. Jack really likes Hiccup eyes. (Especially the flecks of gold deep in the green that shadows up in the light). Hiccup also thinks Jack hands are super pretty and loves to hold them.
The first time they kissed Jack was so flustered he accidentally froze their lips together for a second. Jack and Hiccup are obnoxious how they flirt because they will banter so softly and affectionately.
Jack gets scary when someone kidnaps Hiccup. Like fully shows why people fear the winter. Will probably give a man frostbite if he actually hurt Hiccup. Meanwhile Hiccup would see all powerful being of winter and nuzzle him.
Hiccup sometimes subconsciously treats Jack as a dragon. I’m talking about him doing the hand thing and Jack happily nuzzling his palm. Like it works actually. He also uses his brain to observe how Jack acts like how he did in the first movie with Toothless.
The way numerous fanworks agree that Hiccup before Jack had no clue about the supernatural world but after meeting him still so willing to help. Especially in two of the biggest fics all being about Magic scavenger hunt with Hiccup deciding to help. He saw one pretty elfin spirit of winter and was immediately on board in getting dragged.
Hiccup is so obvious with his feelings that Jack noticed it before Hiccup. He just didn’t want to say anything because Hiccup still was in denial. Jack could be patient if he wanted to be plus it was funny seeing him get so flustered at the blatant flirting.
Jack has made dragons out of snow to make Hiccup smile. (Think of how he made the Easter bunny out of snow to show Jamie.). He generally will love to show off and tell stories using this ability. I also think he would love to tell Hiccup stories. Jack also likes to sing.
Jack is stressed because there been a couple times Hiccup being Hiccup got other supernatural beings romantically interested in him. Hiccup be out here saving white deer not realizing that’s an actual god or fae or spirit. Hiccup be breaking all sorts of taboos put in place so you don’t get snatched by supernatural beings.
Speaking of, Hiccup probably accidentally proposed marriage this way to Jack long before he realized he likes Jack. Inviting him into his place, giving out his name, and gifting Jack homemade things. Jack is just nice and making their relationship go slow instead of kidnapping Hiccup.
Once they are together, I fear Jack has no shame and whenever he returns he is immediately floating to Hiccup to kiss him. In the center of the village be damned. Related, Jack leaves for periods and the two of them are always so dramatic when they reunite.
The Man in the Moon eventually ascends Hiccup into becoming a spirit. Because I refuse to be sad. Primarily of Winds (Those fics know who they are). I also agree that Toothless becomes a spirit as well. Hiccup and Toothless are a packaged deal.
