Glowing clawtips are one of my absolute favorite apparel items in game and i know the lore behind them is a dragons claws get fucked up after dipping them in a cauldron too many times but... I like to imagine your dragon just goes to baldwin, gives him goop, and baldwin goes "Excellent." And paints your dragons nails.
