Ah, it’s been a minute since I posted here right? How are things going? This semester has kept me busy. Busy with planning, classwork, and thinking about the future. I was talking with a friend the other day who said that we shouldn’t take time for granted. He is totally right. Each day is precious and we shouldn’t waste it. What do you want out of life? What are your goals or aspirations? Do you know what you want to do with the rest or your life or even in this moment now?
I want to achieve my goals and dreams, but time won’t wait for me. I must work on them day by day. Are you going to join me?
A’s Report: Practice makes Improvement

This week I am focusing on dance and strength workouts. If I train and build up my strength, my dancing will be better. I need to work a bit harder. This week I am training for a dance assignment. I need to be able to pull off a whole show with minimum breaks in between songs. If I can do this, I am one step closer to debuting. I have been training here for a while, so I will be busy with that. This is the year of my debut. I can feel it. I hope the company feels the same way.

Week 1 update (3/07/16 ~ 3/13/16) Hey everyone! I'm back to updating. I've been doing pretty well health wise these past two weeks due to going pescatarian! Haha. I want so gradually ease into being a full vegetarian but it's hard right now. I haven't been exerciseing but I do walk more often. I used to take 1500 steps a day which is horrible I know.. I was lazy but now I'm getting better I'm up to 2500 steps a day. Next week I'll be moving it up to 3000 which is my goal for the month. Next month I want to add 30 min of exercise 3 days a week and work my way up to 5 days week. This week I've lost 2 lbs so I'm feeling pretty good about how things are progressing. Haha. ~Babo

Hello guys! Life’s been pretty good but busy so far, and I;ve been exercising well (except for last week when I was ultra busy).
Starting to eat less now! :> hope the past few weeks have been good for everyone!

Hey everyone,
Long time no see. I have been busy, but I wanted to talk to you all today. I’ve been getting more and more into sports and recreational activities lately. I was always an active person in the past, but somewhere along the way I stopped being active. That is when the weight began to pile on. Now that I am losing weight, I have become more active. I feel like my old self again, but better. I have more energy and I realize that I can do this.
For everyone out there not sure, just go for it. Find something active that you like to do and do it. Exercise and workouts don’t have to be grueling. They can be fun. I wish you all the best this week.

Carson Week 2 Update
I was so sick over the weekend I couldn’t update so here I am now
I lost one lb over last week, and have started up exercising again. I have still been snacking tho

Hello! Weekly check-in here. Managed to get in 6 work outs this week! And I’ve re-started ballet, it’s great to be back :>
didn’t manage to keep to the goal of no snacking. But i’ll try again this week.
Week 1: Rui
Hello everyone! :> Finally back! These few months I’ve had lots of fun (going overseas after completing national exams) but I’ve not been very conscientious with the eating. I’ve been exercising more though it’s taken a slight back seat since I’ve started interning. But I’m back and to be accountable I’ll be doing weekly updates!
My goal for this week is not to snack between meals. And I’d like to exercise 5 times but if I can do 3 then I’ll still be happy.
Week 1: Carson- Feb 12 2016
Weight before rment: 79kg (175 lbs)
Current weight: 67kg (147 lbs)
Goal weight: 48kg (108 lbs)
So this week I haven’t been eating as well as i probably should, but i have been exercising regularly.
Stats:
Fitness: 2nd place
Healthy eating: 3rd place
Water intake: 1st place
Over all I’m pretty happy with my progress this week. I hope I can continue being a good trainee, and debut soon :)

Reopening!
We Admins, decided that it is time to reopen RMEnt and give it another try! :) So from now on we are excepting auditions again~
