February is here, and Valentine's Day is upon us! While I'm not as proud of my monthly card as I usually am, the outfits are a whole heck of a lot better than when I first started the game! I kinda wanted to do a baker and his favourite customer vibe, but I'm not sure if it comes across as that.

June is here! Barbecue and beach time is sooner than we thought! So sorry again for the late post, I spent the entire night, morning and a bit of the afternoon playing RecRoom before it shut down. I had a lot of fun, and RecRoom will be missed dearly. [=,(]
As a tribute to one of my favourite RecRoom games, and in honour of one of my favourite little cryptids, I decided to make this month's outfits as pink as possible to resemble my mothman (mothgirl?) Petunia! 💕
I already miss her a ton, but thankfully I backed up my archive twice, so I don't have to worry about losing memories! (Here's a few photos of her, and also me I guess)

Hi everyone, and by everyone I mean five people!!! Happy Canada Day! If you don't celebrate, happy early 4th of July or whichever day of freedom/emancipation you like! I'm sorry the outfits are a bit lackluster, but a heatwave and the flu hit me at the same time so I am currently a bit out of it to say the least. Stay safe, drink lots of water, stay in the shade when you can and remember sunscreen! (I was going to put a water bottle emoji here, but for some reason my phone doesn't have one. Just imagine one if you want.)
I did the outfits in white and red to represent my country, and yes Monique is wearing an apron, ignore that and just pretend its a pair of overalls or something please and thank you. I hope you all have a great rest of your day, celebrating or not! I'm going to go down to my local park for some overpriced snowcones, weirdly chalky icecream and listen to whatever live band is unlucky enough to be playing in 34°C weather! "^^ Have a good day!!!

Hi y'all. This month's outfits are a little somber with context, and I'm sorry about that. I completely understand if you want to skip it.
As of the 28th of July, it has been a year since my soul cat Susie passed. She was a true force of nature, sassy and sweet, moody and mellow, and so many other things that I can't begin to describe. Her eyes were like peridots, her fur curly in all the strangest places, and she always used her few remaining teeth to bite me when I gave her treats. She went on a hunger strike when the vet said she wasn't allowed anymore Temptations, and she once stole an entire piece of sausage and pepper pizza out of my hand. She once ate only the vegetables out of an unattended lentil cottage pie, and ate half a can of chicken salad after I left the room to get crackers. Her favourite foods were corn, tuna and freeze dried chicken. I would spend an hour removing the skins off each individual corn kernel whenever I would cook cobs for myself so she wouldn't get sick, and I still eat my corn without butter or salt because of her. She loved corn so much that she stole a piece out of a pool of cooling beef fat from making a cottage pie, leaving both a piece of beef and her pawprint behind. I once fell asleep after cooking a pot pie due to a fever, and I woke up to her crouching on my chest as she somehow managed to open the top of the pot pie and help herself to the chicken and vegetables. She hated salmon though. She turned her nose up at a handcrafted salmon filet cake that took me hours to make for her 7th birthday. I'm sorry for rambling, but she was special to me. The whole reason I chose Monique as my caretaker in the first place was because she reminded me of my kitty girl, and having her to talk to and spend time with helped distract me a little bit while I was grieving.
If you have the time and money, please consider donating to your local animal shelter. I donate on my kitty's gotcha day and on Christmas, and even if you only donate a few cans of cheap cat food or a couple dog toys, its something that helps. Some shelters have a list of wanted items or an Amazon wishlist, so you don't have to worry about donating something they don't need. Every bit helps. Hug your pets for me, and watch out for the signs of kidney disease, it took my girl too soon. Have a good day, and posts will be back to normal next month.
