Custom Wiring Options (internal or external)
RM’s buildings can accommodate a variety of electrical mounting options. Electrical wiring is easily surface mounted to interior walls or attached to interior structural flanges, reinforced where needed. And since it is surface mounted, you will have easy access to add on to or rework the components as needed even after the initial install.
If you prefer that electrical or systems equipment be housed separately, we can take care of that too. Custom equipment and electrical rooms can be part of the building or separate depending on how you will be using the building and appropriate safety requirements.
RM’s shipping and off-loading process are quick and easy and the modules arrive at your property ready to go, with pre-drilled components. Modules are strong, light-weight and easy to handle, so assembly can be done efficiently with minimal labour.
For example, a building that is approximately 16’ or 20’ wide x 40’ long can be completed in 3 to 4 days with a four-person crew.
RM supplies detailed assembly manuals with photos and clearly written instructions to guide you through the process from start to finish.
