· 1: What does their bedroom look like?
Hotaka's room is bare. He doesn't have any really personal belongings. Just the common things like cloths, a bed, etc.
· 2: Do they have any daily rituals?
Hotaka likes to go for walks. And during those walks he likes to look around new places-he likes high places so he would gravitate more for that.
· 3: Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
Hotaka doesn't really exercise. Just his daily walks really. However being forced to do labor work as a child made him decently fit.
· 4: What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy?
Hotaka doesn't know how to cook. Given his life, he never had a chance to learn. He usually just gets whatever he can afford to buy. Usually bento boxes.
· 5: Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)
Hotaka doesn't really have personal things. So most things of his is bare. He does clean often enough too, just for something to do, so the place doesn't get that dusty either.
· 6: Eating habits and sample daily menu
He will eat whatever he can. He can't really afford to be picky. But he likes to eat cherries.
· 7: Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
...I don't get this question. But I am assuming it is asking about just past time actives? Hotaka likes to be outside, especially when the weather is calm. He likes to sit somewhere decently high, even a small hill or a tree branch would do, and just gazes around the scenery. His thoughts are usually about how the people around him at the moment act. Though sometimes he dwells on his past.
· 8: Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging
I guess it would be food. Since he isn't used to eating a lot, he would love to eat some new and delicious food. However since he doesn't eat a lot, he can't consume a lot of food all at once.
· 10: Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?
He doesn't like to get that close to people. Physically and he doesn't know how to emotionally. He is fine with a slightly bump at his shoulder if it is a busy sidewalk or something but he won't voluntarily go in a crowded room. He is aware of his discomfort around people, but he doesn't dwell much about it.
· 11: Intellectual pursuits?
He usually just focused on how to survive. Now that he doesn't have to worry so much about that, he doesn't know what to do with himself.
· 12: Favorite book genre?
He can't he difficult stories. He picked up the basics of reading while growing up and running around for the people who took him, but he hasn't picked up a book before. But if he does start reading I suppose he would enjoy fantasy stories the most.
· 13: Sexual Orientation? And, regardless of own orientation, thoughts on sexual orientation in general?
Ughhhh He hasn't really thought about it. At all. He didn't have time to worry about such things as a kid and while he has seen couples roaming around, he hadn't given thought about his own partner. It just never came to mind. I think he should be okay seeing any kind of pairing though. Being young and not really used to the world or anything he wouldn't have a judgment against any couple.
· 14: Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
He doesn't like getting too close to people as mentioned before. He would be somewhat aware of his emotions, like being lonely, but he won't be able to put it into focus and call himself out on it-if that makes any sense...He has a scar on his stomach from the shot that 'killed' him. But it is light and barely noticeable. He doesn't get sick since he is immortal and he wouldn't know how to take care of someone if they were sick. He will feel dizzy if he hadn't eaten in a while, but that is about it, he had learned to deal with getting dizzy from not eating for the most part.
· 15: Biggest and smallest short term goal?
He just wants to keep surviving (Since he doesn't know he is immortal)
· 16: Biggest and smallest long term goal?
Same as above (I don't know whether that would fit under short or long term-he thinks daily about survival but I guess it would have fit under long better...) But yeah, he doesn't know what to do with himself other than living. He doesn't have a drive as of now.
· 17: Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
Just something clean and whatever he can.
He has only drank water. Other things were more expensive and he saw no need to spend any more money than he had to. He would like tea a lot though, or really any warm drink.
· 19: What do they think about before falling asleep at night?
I guess out of habit from not having a home, he would be thinking about his day, and if he can survive the next.
· 20: Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
Bahh I am glad this question came up. OTL I didn't think of this before. Though of course, especially since the living conditions of Hotaka as a child couldn't have been good, Hotaka had to have gotten sick as a child (before he became immortal) I guess when he would catch something like a cold or whatnot the people who kidnapped him would just have made him continue working until he collapsed. Other then high fevers that Hotaka somehow managed to live through, Hotaka hadn't gotten anything. ((I am so sorry I don't know anything about illnesses I have always been well taken care of x.x))
· 21: Turn-ons? Turn-offs?
Fifteen year old boy yeah...but he isn't developed in that area yet...
· 22: Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
He would probably draw. He won't be amazing at drawing. But he won't be horrible either. He would probably draw the scenes that he first 'woke up' to after he 'died'. The trees on fire and all that. But he never sat down with a paper and pencil so.
· 23: How organized are they? How does this organization/disorganization manifest in their everyday life?
It isn't that Hotaka is organized. It is just that he doesn't have anything to organize. But if he did have to organize something be wouldn't really know what to do.
· 24: Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
Hotaka hasn't gone to school soooo ...
· 25: How do they see themselves 5 years from today?
Hotaka doesn't really look at that far into the future. He just wants to keep living. Though he has no goal.
· 26: Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout?
· 27: What is their biggest regret?
He regrets forgetting his family. He can't even remember his family name (Or his first name but he thinks he remembered so) He can't remember anything about his family so he wishes he could remember.
· 28: Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
...Hotaka doesn't know anyone besides those who kidnapped him. He wouldn't call them an enemy, just people he wants to advoid.
· 29: Reaction to sudden extrapersonal disaster (eg The house is on fire! What do they do?)
Well he wouldn't know what to do. The first thing that would come to his mind would be to get to safety. He hasn't ever had to take care of anyone so he wouldn't think to save them at all if someone else was in danger.
· 30: Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)
Hotaka would probably just get more closed off than usual. He would go somewhere high and don't speak to anyone??
· 31: Most prized possession?
Ughhhhh he doesn't have one?
· 32: Thoughts on material possessions in general?
Hotaka doesn't see any point in owning fancy things since he never had a pleasure to own one. He just has what he needs.
· 33: Concept of home and family?
Hotaka doesn't know about his family. He wouldn't know what a family is like.
· 34: Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)
Hotaka is reserved. He doesn't really know how to be social yet. (But hopefully with time he'll get better)
· 35: What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time?
Hotaka doesn't really get the sense of 'time' he has wandered around for about a year and he doesn't know what to do with himself so there isn't any 'time wasting' for him.
· 36: What makes them feel guilty?
Hotaka doesn't really have any morals in a way? He doesn't know what would be 'wrong'. If someone yelled at him-he would probably feel something. But he wouldn't understand why he should feel bad unless someone really sits down with him and explains. He is missing that stage in childhood where he gets scolded for things he shouldn't do so...
· 37: Are they more analytical or more emotional in their decision-making?
Analytical. He uses more common sense than anything. And what would get him to 'live'.
· 38: What recharges them when they’re feeling drained?
Hotaka just passes out and sleeps as long as he is in a safe place. He doesn't really have anything else he could do.
· 39: Would you say that they have a superiority-complex? Inferiority-complex? Neither?
Well Hotaka wouldn't really have either. He doesn't look down at anyone. But he doesn't look up to anyone either so?
· 40: How misanthropic are they?
((just making sure-this is asking how much they hate human kind???)) Well Hotaka doesn't hate human kind. But he isn't really fond of them either. He just rather be at a distance.
None really. Unless walking and gazing at scenery and people is a hobby?
· 42: How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education?
Hotaka hasn't gone to school. He doesn't really get what it is for either...
· 44: Superstitions or views on the occult?
Hotaka, doesn't really have much of a view on it. He doesn't know how he can use fire and he knows people normally can't use fire or anything since he has not seen anyone use it.
· 45: Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds?
Mostly deeds. Though if it is like something he wants to pay back to someone he would probably do something anonymously -even though he doesn't know why he feels weird doing something for someone straight up.
· 46: If they were to fall in love, who (or what) is their ideal?
Hotaka....I have no clue. As of now, Hotaka is so far away from falling in love. I guess if Hotaka finds someone he finds interesting, who shows him things and explains things and has enough patients with him he'll eventually fall in love.
· 47: How do they express love?
Hotaka would...oh man. Umm he would...well platonically he would just be more willing to be close physically to the person. He would open up more and probably as more questions because he feels comfortable with them? And if Romantically. I guess he would try to do things for the other. Do things to make the other's life easier-though he would fail either all the time or time to time.
· 48: If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like?
Dodging. Hotaka wouldn't be very good in a fight. But he would dodge and maybe just throw a punch so he can run away?
· 49: Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
Hotaka is afraid of dying. He doesn't know why but he wants to keep living. (Though he shouldn't be afraid since he is immortal) He doesn't know why, but he is afraid to die because he knows unconsciously that he hasn't /lived/ yet.
