Back in Croatia after the most incredible Eastern Europe road trip of my life. This is Dubrovnik a few hours ago. It's been a month and I've grown to love this country so much that it feels like i'm back home.

Almost every day I've been shopping for food straight from its source, usually at the local farmers's markets. I'm Mediterranean Europe life seems to evolve around fresh food and today in doing it Catalonian style. You haven't experienced a city until you eat like its people do.

25 year old traditional Chinese pu-erh brick tea I recently sourced at auction. For those who haven't tried pu-erh, it gets fermented over a long period of time and becomes "living food" full of microbes that's incredibly good for you (think yoghurt). It makes great conversation over a business meeting and kills the coffee vs tea war instantly. #chinesetea #puerh #tea
