Shonen Jump main charactersâ heights.

Hatohara Robato ăéł©ćć矜äșșă
As a first post to this blog, let me introduce the main character, Hatohara Robato, or simply known as âRoboâ. He is the eccentric main character of this new series by Fujimaki Tadatoshi â a golf sports manga.
Unlike standardized naming conventions in Kuroko no Basket (e.g. Generation of Miracles - colors, Seirin second years - days of the week, Uncrowned Kings - plants and landforms), only a subtle naming convention was found â and that is, birds.
Analyzing his name:
éł©ăhato = dove ćăhara = field, meadow, original ć矜äșșărobato = merely a phonologically-similar term to robot, but: ćăro = spine, backbone 矜ăha (ba) = feathers äșșăto = person Also note that 矜äșș alonecan be pronounced as hato, which is, once again, a dove.
Protagonists with double of the same meaning isnât uncommon, like the Uzumaki Naruto, whose name is just double-whirlwind.
Well, spoiling the other names that fall in the bird naming convention: Miura Youzan - hawk Suzaku Kyousuke - sparrow Karasuma Souta - crow
But letâs save that for separate posts.

yâall bored? do you want a meta post on tomoya?
will do a summary, might be shorter than my intention but itâs all right as long as yâall get the gist (or add to it) bc im really not supposed to be doing this rn lmao
@onebulb maybe if this wasnât makki, but i dont think he processes that sort of theme (at all) when he writes his stories. itâs all about cohesion/teamwork and excelling at what each individual does best bc he even placed furi in a match against akashi and demonstrated what furi with his own set of strengths could prove against the emperor. itâs never been anything as straightforward as to simply taking the stronger/weaker-skilled player when it comes to determining the winner/achiever according to makki (in this case âstrong enoughâ to be an âexemplary playerâ for tomo)
i dont think this kind of idea or concept has ever crossed makkiâs thoughts tbh and neither do i think tomoya himself is thinking this which can be enforced by my meta on him later on
guys tell me how do you sleep on such an amazingly warm hearted manga
im just reorganizing the blog and looking at this illust and thinking âoh boy did fujimakki set himself up for a ride...â
maybe he thought kuroko wasnât being difficult enough... maybe heâs crying rn on the newest chap like tomo does on a daily basis...
