@brittanycoutu: A picture is worth a thousand words. This is what is desirable for me and what I found attainable. I don’t allow myself to fall into deep holes where my training and nutrition both fall off. I place those two things at high responsibility so the option to fail isn’t allowed. Someone mentioned to me that my pictures display unrealistic goals for others. My pictures are not for anyone to judge themselves but to hopefully motivate and prove to them that the options of changing are endless. The goal to stay healthy and fit isn’t easy and not everyone is expected to do just that. But what they should know is that it is achievable to be even more.

I hope you all had an amazing week and are ready to kickoff the weekend. I will actually be at the LA Fit Expo this weekend so hope to see some of you there.
