This is silly and maybe too AU of a question, but if Goldenflower had the opportunity to raise Fireheart as a kit (like. Letās say a Rosy situation but with Nutmeg, where sheās desperate to have at least one kit where she knows it will be in good paws), would she have named him Fire- or would she have picked something else?
That's a good question. Knowing ThunderClan's love for "Strong" names, Fire- and its associates would still be on the table - that is, Blaze- and Spark-. I could see her going with Spark- to reference his small size and infinite potential to turn into a real fire. If not a fire name... maybe Roe- or Ginger-. Roe deer are nice and big compared to a cat, and Ginger- just sounds good, fittingly for someone named Golden-.
