In my headcanon, he is equipped with “Traci” parts and a basic iteration of a Traci's intimacy protocol, containing over a hundred sexual positions and techniques. It can be expanded or upgraded with mods if necessary via CyberLife's authorization. His anatomy is optimized to adapt to any gender intimacy-wise.

They also render his model more expensive overall.
