[Mun talking] Hey! I should have done this sooner, but I'm not going to have the time nor the spirit to carry on with this blog. So I'm archiving all my Rayman RP blogs. Why the archive, you ask? Because if I ever come back to it, I'll do a complete reboot. Start over, basically. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ASKS about relationships, previous stuff, or whatnot. When I mean complete reboot. I mean it. It's. Complete. If you still send me asks about it, I'll simply ignore them, so don't try it. Not that I'm up to RP here anytime soon, but I prefer to be honest with everyone. I thank every blogs and their lovely muns who took the time to interact with me so far, and I hope we'll get to RP again if I ever get back in the mood ♥ I'll keep you in touch/make a proper promo on the Rayman tag if I ever decide to jump back into it, but for now, this is a farewell. o/ It was fun while it lasted! Too busy to RP here anytime soon but, have this piece of info: Here's the one who took off Blake's arm in my reboot. :) They...Didn't like each other a lot, to say the least.

(Hist-mun) Ah, i see. That does make sense when said like that. Though giving the things Blake did and went through, if it was me, i'd feel pretty angsty too, and probably full of regret as well. In terms of RP, would that meaning we'd start from the begining, like before Blake met either Vierna or ???, along with events such as Hist's death, or would those events still have happened? Just making sure here so i got all the details.

I’m not 100% sure yet honestly... To make things easier probably from the beginning, while still maintaining most of the links/relationships. Oh she can still know Vierna and the other muses of yours, but I’d rather not have that undying chronomancer that will eternally try to murder her, if that’s fine to you. :’)

(Hist-mun) For clarification, can you specify what you mean by "direction" when it comes to those two characters? And how much would this reboot effect things that has happened so far? (I'll admit i'm the kind of person where things kinda has to be cut out before i fully understands them.)

I feel like Blake had it way to rough angst wise, as for Razor I turned him more into a comic relief character at this point and I’m not 100% satisfied with how the actual development is going- I’ll keep the relationship she has with other characters, but I for one want to tone down the angst, especially when it comes to Blake herself. Oh, by the way, the robot arm will be gone. Felt a bit too much and I never really knew what to do with it in the first place aside from being a “traumatic” event.

But yeah, aside from relationships with muses and others, I’ll start fresh. Didn’t really know where to go lately and it felt a bit bland/repetitive to my eyes (probably explains why I lost part of my muse for them, in a way?). So yeah! In a way it’ll help me organize a bit more things, such as AUs or other stuff I might work on~

Not from scratch, like I'd keep the relationships with other muses, but I'm not 100% happy with the direction this took, especially when it comes to Blake (ex-Clara) and Razorbeard's behaviour in general.

Hey everyone! Biggest apologies, but until further notice this RP blog will remain in semi-hiatus... (This is outside any current events, just so you know before hand. :D) Vierna: Clara, i saw someone when i was out walking who looks exactly like you almost! Do you have a sister? *Since she was created and not born, the thought of a mother didn't cross her mind.*

“Sister...?” Clara pondered for a while-

Then it hit her.

“OH! You must be talking about my mother? Aha, we do share a lot of traits it’s true!”

I recall ovar at raygirlramblings that at one point there was an ask about Ly loosing her memories and ending up becoming a part of the pirate crew, via a few lies and so on. If a similar scenario where to happen here, how would Clara feel/react, and how would it play out? (I know you and raygirlramblings has some different headcanons, but that just makes me more curious!)

Thing is that Clara barely knew who Ly was before the pirate invasion- at first, she’d mostly think it’s another one who betrayed the Glade for their sake, just like she did.

And later on learning that it was actually someone who had lost their memories. She’d be shocked for sure but - if I remember well, -  Ly becoming so powerful that she overthrows Razorbeard’s leadership would be her main concern.

She’d probably fear for her life at this point. After all, she vowed to work for the pirates, but not for Ly- maybe her devotion to the pirates would lead her to protect/save the Admiral and a few pirates from her impact, but the consequences of the Glade would be none of her concern- shamelessly escaping to find shelter for both her and the few remaining pirates.

EDITABLE REBLOGS NOT WORKING?  WORRY NOT!

so my editable reblogs finally broke.  after doing some 2am digging,  coming up with a redundant solution,  making an  ENTIRE TUTORIAL  for said redundant solution,  and realizing it’s useless,  i’ve got the answer to the problem for everyone.  i’ve joined the xkit support discord server,  and here is what’s been said about the issue so far:

TLDR;  EDITABLE REBLOGS WON’T WORK ON ORIGINAL POSTS,  BUT IT’LL WORK ON REBLOGS WITH REPLIES.  meaning if jane posts a starter and june replies to it  without using editable reblogs,  it’ll create this trail item.  so from then on out,  you can feel free to use xkit’s extension to your heart’s content.

so if you’re getting this issue,  the solution is simple:  DON’T USE XKIT ON THE FIRST REPLY.  yes,  it’ll be ugly,  but everything will be back to normal from there :)

Clara, have you heard about that annoying "Champ" guy?

“I do have heard about him, and more than this, I saw him! Though I thank him for passing by since he really, but really made Razor’s day!”

“Guy kept saying he could bring her back to the good side and defeat the Admiral on his own. The battle barely lasted 5 minutes, and the boss didn’t even need a back up!”

“He was a jerk. Kept saying he would do what Rayman doesn’t. It would have almost given me pity if he had at least looked to my eyes.”

Spyglass when you're not inventing or building things, what do you like to do?

“Honestly? I love creating many kinds of devices, so when I’m not working on something, I make these gears of mine working to think of something new!

Oh, and this aside, I sometimes fix some damaged henchmen- or Clara’s robotic arm when she messes up with it.

Putting these aside... There are times I’d just chill. Either reading something, or allowing myself a quick nap. I’m not picky.”

Clara, do you know or remember if any of the books you've read or found mentions anything about Vierna and her kind? She did imply that there was more of her kind that was created.

“Not that I remember... You know, maybe the people who were creating them wanted to keep this project as a secret. Or maybe the only documents are hidden, somewhere... Or destroyed with the time. Beats me.”

Do you even need a cover/blanket with all that hair? Do any of the nymphs for that matter? Because it can pretty much be its own jacket.

“How long is your hair? Because that questions sounds like it comes from a short-haired person.

All long haired nymphs and myself use blankets because hair alone is...pretty much uncomfortable. It can be itchy depending of the hair type, it gets messed up, and I don’t even talk about accidentally pulling it off during your sleep!

In short, we need a cover or else it’d be such a pain!”
