Po bardzo krótkim spotkaniu powiedział o mnie parę prawdziwych rzeczy. Myślę, że łatwo pomylić zrozumienie z empatią: tak bardzo jej pragniemy. Może zrozumienie tej różnicy jest przejawem dojrzałości. Przykra jest świadomość, że ktoś może nas rozumieć, lecz niekoniecznie lubić. Najgorsze, że zrozumienie może być wykorzystane jako narzędzie drapieżnika. Nie... nie mam pojęcia co doktor Lecter do mnie czuje.
