it feels soooooo good to just let go of all my anxieties and realize “nobody ever knows what i am thinking about”. i get these horribly embarrassing thoughts that i get so anxious about, but then i realized “hey, it’s all in my head, literally!”

here’s some advice from the queen of over thinkers: if you’re ever embarrassed about something that you thought, just remember this: nobody has access to your brain but you. nobody (i really mean nobody) can tell what you are thinking about, so you’re good.

sometimes i wonder why nobody wants to be my friend. i think it’s because of the way i look. i mean, i’m not horribly ugly, but i’m not that pretty either. i don’t know what it is. i wish i could figure it out, it makes me sad.
