We will have our Cookbook Book Club meeting on Wednesday, December 18th from 5:30 to 7:00. This month's theme is "Holiday Colors." Cook a recipe featuring a color associated with a winter holiday. Pick a cookbook featuring the themed dish from Rogers Public Library’s extensive cookbook collection (can’t decide? We’ll be glad to help!), choose an interesting dish to cook, and bring it Wednesday night to share! We'll enjoy good food and discuss our favorite recipes. Mary Shelley began writing her novel Frankenstein when she was only 18 years old. It started one night in Switzerland during a party with her friends, where they challenged each other to write a ghost story. Out of that simple challenge she created one of the most beloved monsters in history.
